We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. Good for the most part. Sometimes slow to respond resulting in the car I was interested in being sold while I was waiting for information.

We found the entire sales and front office staff very helpful and cordial in our interactions. We were left to make key decisions, and could then come back and negotiate. Not only that, but we lost one car due to our own processing, but gained a better one in the end. The 2025 X1 has been a pleasure to drive, and the dealer's agents have kept in touch even after buying the car. The management team made it possible for us to reach a price point we could afford and felt comfortable with when purchasing.
