I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. I was shopping for a new CRV and contacted AutoNation Honda in Valencia CA through their website. In my email I asked for a price on the 2018 CRV EX. I quickly received an email from Gidomer Francia with a price that was very favorable. And that's the reason I drove 25 miles to AutoNation in Valencia, bypassing numerous dealers closer to my home. Gidomer's straightforward answer to my email immediately set AutoNation apart from the other dealers. Because the other dealers, when asked the same question, all wrote back with some variation on the following theme: "We're going to give you a really great deal. Please give us your phone number so we can call to tell you all about the deal." And when I met Gidomer and the others at AutoNation, it was clear to me that they were interested in getting me the car I wanted at a good price, with no hidden fees or add-ons. And, everything they told me they would do, they backed up in writing and delivered on it. I don't think it's possible to have a better car buying experience than the one I had with Gidomer at AutoNation Valencia. And I'm telling all my friends about it.

Wish there were more care parts for me to choose from so I could customize my ride and get personalized service. for future reference I would love some bucket seats to be there

I live in the South Bay area and I drive to Pacific BMW for sales and service needs. I has been with this dealer since the mid 80's and have purchased all my BMWs from them. Whether in service or sales, I am treated with respect and honesty, which I value most, especially these days. I highly recommend this dealer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I also test drove 5 different cars and love the new building but parking is tough to find around brand blvd. area.

I had a very positive experience at pacific bmw when I decided to buy my first bmw. The salesperson was extremely upfront and honest regarding my questions and concerns. Even when my car needed to be serviced, the entire process was very smooth and I received a loaner car without any hassle. I look forward to my next car purchase at this dealership.
Awesome experience with Adam very attentive and non judgemental. He was very detailed with the contact and very knowledgeable. However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.
The car was in for system leaks service which were covered by my maintenance policy which required the shop to be in the shop for several days, received a brand new courtesy vehicle with only 133 miles, my service rep did a very good job of working with me.
I'm a BMW fanatic...I've owned multiple M package cars and currently own an M4. One of the main reasons I go to this dealer is my service adviser DAN! He is super knowledgeable, and provides outstanding service every time i go there. He took care of my car issues and i'm very satisfied. Thanks DAN!
