BMW/Mini of Coconut CreekReviews
BMW/Mini of Coconut Creek review
Do your self a favor and ask for Mike (Michael E Loiselle) I highly recommend this salesman and dealership to all my friends and family! It’s hard to car Mike a salesman when he wasn’t never trying to sell me anything, he wanted me to get the exactly what I was looking for. My experience was outstanding, thanks to my salesman, Mike. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle that would make me happy. It’s rare to find a salesman who prioritizes customer satisfaction over a quick sale, but Mike truly did. If you’re looking for an stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience, this is the place to go!

I want to take a moment and thank the guys at this BMW Service Center for the amazing experience. They listened to me when I was stressed about the sudden noise my vehicle was making, they paid to have a tow truck sent all the way to Conyers, and they found the issue I was so concerned about. I will come to this BMW location forever, and so will my kid. Special thanks to the Manager Patrick C., and the Advisors David G. and Trevor D. who coordinated everything from start to finish. Customer for life.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

BMW of Creve CoeurReviews
BMW of Creve Coeur review
We recently purchased a used BMW from BMW of Ceeve Couer. We had very good communication with Nate and everyone else we dealt with. We arrived at the dealership, and were greeted at the door and asked if we needed any thing to drink while waiting on Mate to return.from a demo. After Nate returned, we looked at the car and had another person.from the dealership show us the car and answered any questions we had. He has pretty much the same car we looked at so was very knowledgeable. We made a deal on the car and did the paperwork. The car needed an AC part which was on order, so we left a deposit for the car and will pick up when.it is fixed. So far, we are very pleased with the experience, and can't wait to get the car when ready.

TXTCharlie review
The TXTCHARLIE team is the absolute best responds quickly always answers their phone deal with you professionally. My experience with them has been nothing but awesome. Prices are straight forward no hidden fees everything is told up front no guessing the amount of money you think you need. Vehicle price+dealer fee which at my time of purchase was $1399 that’s it and that’s all other than needing a tow to drop location. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great luxury to super car vehicle.
