I visited the dealership a couple of times to test a couple of vehicles, and there was no rush or pressure put on by the dealership. Pricing was transparent though one has to be diligent to review every line item when the final price is done. As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

I purchased my BMW at BMW of Delray Beach and have been super pleased with the service - from building the car to delivery - and now the actual service. Upon entry to the service bay I was greeted by associates who directed me to the waiting area and checked me in. It is a comfortable waiting area with a fully stocked coffee bar, wide seats, and plenty of outlets. My service manager, Jason Trask, was super professional, friendly, and polite. He explained what would be happening, the costs associated, and the time expectations. When additional needs arose, he sought me out, reviewed, and immediately had the paperwork ready to move forward. The video showed damage to my tire that would require replacement; the service person was super kind and walked me over (and back) to show me what he had video'd as I could only partially see through the large glass wall. Jason then spoke to him, came to retrieve me, and was knowledgeable and genuine, providing information in a respectful, service-oriented manner, resetting my expectations for the timeframe, and handling what was necessary. I live very close to a competitive BMW dealership and service center - and pass at least one other one - on my way to BMW of Delray Beach. I must say, the professionals make it worth it ALL DAY LONG.
