It's been a great car

It's a great car but you have to make sure the maintenance is done. That's why I purchased the maintenance program. You cant beat 2k for 3 years worth of maintenance. BMW has the game rigged with that deal. Then Anthony zabala over at BMW of Ontario makes the whole process so much better.
Staff very pleasant and friendly. Professional but made you feel comfortable making sure that every question was answered. Never pressured you into anything but gave you options from which to choose. Staff goes out of their way to make certain that your experience with buying a car is memorable. Thank you guys
Loads of power/torque and 40 mpg on highway!

The 535d has style, comfort, power, and is fuel efficient ...what more could I ask for? It has the dual personality of a sports sedan and a luxury touring auto.
This is my second purchase at BMW of westlake. Jerry made the visit and deal well worth it. Will always go there for my next vehicle.
Stealth Look for powerful SUV
May 24, 2018
This SUV is very powerful yet looks like a "normal" SUV. While the M counterparts of regular BMWs usually look much more menacing, the X5M doesn't look much more powerful than the M sport version. However, once you get in the driver seat, it is a different animal. The interior is very luxurious and elegant. It handles very well for a 6000 lb SUV and all that power is available with one touch of a button (M1 and M2 settings). Very enjoyable to drive. The only gripe I have is the frequent trips to the gas station.
I was looking to trade in my aging Porsche 911. Rick Balas was our salesman and he made the trade and purchase "happen." The process was fair and enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was professional and courteous. Additionally, they were knowledgeable.
Super versatile sports convertible

Do you want a sports car, just a tad bigger than a roadster, with a back seat, decent trunk, convertible, that can be your comfortable daily ride OR a ripping fun drive? The m235i fits the bill. With X drive it's no problem in any conditions. Whatever your mood, this one car delivers superlatively! Awesome handling, super quick, and surprisingly comfortable for a small sports car. For monster straight line acceleration it's the Vette. A long highway road trip ... That's what the Q7 is for. But the M235 convert is for EVERYTHING else.
I’ve never been in a BMW dealership before and was very pleasantly surprised. Seems to me the sales people are a “ cut or two” above the typical car salesman. I worked with Eric and Art on a purchase of a used vehicle. No pressure, not pushy, and no BS. We agreed on terms and price and my wife and I left as very happy customers.

Great car, bought it two weeks ago.
So far so good .
Trunk relatively, back seat small but I drive by my self most of the time .
I was looking for a reliable car to start my professional career, something to get me back and forth to work without issue. This car is that car. It has great handling, the design looks good, and it has parking assist features. The only things that I dislike about the car are that there is no sunroof and that there is no navigation in my model.
This 4000 lb behemoth handles like a sports car.
I’ve always been a car guy. 3 series coupe or Audi A5. So when I needed room for the family, suvs seemed boring. Then I drove the x5. You really don’t have to compromise. Plenty of room, handling, and a range of engines from capable to frightening (x5m.)
Previous car was a BMW M3 and it was a terrific car before the security system went out after the warranty expired. My wife loves the X1 because it drives like a car and has good storage. No issues except needed new tires and the sunroof headliner needs to be replaced at my expense even though I purchased the extended warranty. Car is parked in a garage at night and during working hours.
James Fleming is an excellent sales person. He met all of my needs seamlessly. Nick McGlone, new car sales manager was very personable and attentive. Both of them took the time to address my questions. Follow up was timely and professional. I have purchased two vehicles From Classic BMW. The service, atmosphere, and friendliness of the staff is superb!

The X5 is a stylish car with great options and a smooth ride. The heated seats are a plus and the sound system is awesome
James is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He was very professional and patient. He wasn’t pushy or never once made me feel pressured into rushing anything. He took time to explain all details of the vehicle to me even before I expressed sincere interest. He has obtained a lifetime BMW owner.
Most reliable car
by Stan from Peoria, IL
December 4, 2018
The most reliable car I used. You will never get tired of driving an X3. It gives you the feel of sports car and fulfills the family needs. I used this for over 4 years without any issues. And I am planning to buy the bigger model X5.
Everyone went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect. They went the extra mile to put my custom pinstripes on, keep me updated and pick me up at the rental store. Had the big cloth over the car for the "Reveal" I'm in Pittsburgh and it was worth the drive. For someone who never dealt with this dealership, they handled the transaction as if I had bought a fleet of vehicles.
Beautiful convertible in and out-avoid potholes
by E93 Fan from Marlboro, NJ

Space Grey with M-Sport aerodynamic kit and v-spoke rims on the outside caught my attention in the dealership right away. Gorgeous Coral Red Dakota leather, aluminum hexagon trim and 18 inch low profile run flat summer tires added to the package. As far as performance, tires and suspension grip so well with the M-Sport options that I never felt as confident taking corners as I have before. Really communicative road feel and cornering that allows you to accelerate through the turn is exhilarating. As far as comfort, New Jersey roads make it a little rough on your nerves as I have learned with 3 tires replaced due to sidewall blowout. As a daily commuter, the power of the Q1 release of this 2012 328i (Q1 was still a 2011) V6 SULEV engine combined with beautiful styling, that only BMW has to offer, makes you forget that potholes are not your friend. With the top down and the Harmon Kardon surround sound system turned up to ear splitting but pure sound levels, the workday just melts away. Great first BMW and I doubt this will be my last unless I retire in NJ.
