As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

My wife was looking to purchase a newer Toyota 4Runner & trade-in her 2015 Toyota 4Runner SR5. She was really looking for a white 2023-2024 Toyota 4Runner Limited with low miles & sand/beige leather interior. On a Friday afternoon, she saw that Beaver Toyota had one on their lot, and we called them and told them that we were coming up to take a look at it (we live 3 hours away). Kelly said that she would have it ready up- front for us to view and test-drive upon arrival. We got there about 6:30pm & talked to Zack. We went on a test-drive, and he answered our questions. We went into the dealership and began the purchasing process. From the time we arrived to the time that we drove off the lot with our 2024 Toyota 4Runner Limited, the entire process only took a couple of hours. The Beaver Toyota Dealership is a state-of-the-art facility, and I look forward to using my "Beaver Benefits" that came with our purchase to help with the maintenance and longevity of our vehicle for years to come. 1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Jeremy Marx who handled the financing was excellent. He was very good at explaining every step and never put any pressure on me.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

After the horrifying wreck I thought I could never love another car like the last one. Then the fabulous sales staff at Carmax Kennesaw helped me find My beautiful Chrysler 200. She purrs like a kitten and handles like a dream. I couldn't be happier.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I eventually purchased the vehicle from BMW of South Atlanta and I found the entire purchasing process to be very efficient, including the financing component. Finally the BMW Genius (I forgot his name, but maybe Chris) was fantastic.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Great, easy experience. Tara was incredible. She admitted right away she was very new and whatever answer she did not have, she would get. We learned the Telluride together. The team there supported her through the process, thus supported us. Would absolutely consider buying another car with the team there.

I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)
