We have had this used 25 k mi beauty for a month now. We did our annual road trip up the Oregon Coast.
Pros. Great Fry. car. Over the 23 mpg listed. Once I adjusted the seat, it was very comfortable, I have some back problems, but no problem driving this baby over 200 Miles. The heated seats helped too. It’s a great road trip car. We now have a car that can carry 6-7 people fairly comfortably. The cargo space is huge, if necessary I could put an air mattress in there and stretch out and still have room. Great sound system and instrument cluster.
Cons: compared to our ’03 Olds Bravada, 112k miles, I don’t feel like the in town driving is as smooth on the Enclave, there definitely more blind spots, and it feels Big even though it’s the same size as the Olds.
Wood trim is cheesy but acceptable. Some of the steering wheel instruments are not as easy to use as those on the Olds were, causing me to take my eyes off the road. I guess I’ll get used to using them before I have an accident ’. Looking forward to a long relationship with Buick. B. T. W. My 1st car was ’36 Buick coupe

Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.
As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
Awesome car buying experience with no run around ! Very straight forward easy experience. They do not pressure you or give you the run around at all. The customer service is beyond FANTASTIC! There is only one reason! We have never had ANY problems with this Enclave. It is beautiful, the leather seats are comfortable. It rides smooth on the road. It gets good mileage. It handles great in traffic. It holds all five of my grandchildren. The DVD player cuts all the noise as soon as the movie starts. So why am I selling? Only because it is a 2015 and we always trade every three years.
The environment is good, the service is good, too. The service staff introduce the car in detail patiently and warm-heartedly. I am very happy with his service.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
I love the duel sunroof to the back seat bucket seats. The sound cancellation from the exterior sounds is remarkably impressive. The drivetrain feels smooth and the transmission is flawless. Love this Buick Enclave. Soon going to upgrade to a newer one.
Great and friendly customer service when I visited the location. They provided me with all the necessary resources required to purchase vehicle. Will recommend them

I bought the loaded Enclave used, with 110,000 km. The alternator died the first year of my ownership; thankfully, It was replaced under warranty (an $850 job). The Enclave is a big vehicle, with three row seating (the third row being quite tight). I actually moved a full-size refrigerator in this vehicle, and towed my 20 foot boat regularly. I had a number of issues with the Enclave during my ownership (I traded it with 225,000 km after four years). The a/c system needed an expensive repair, and the a/c accuators needed replacement (I did the job myself). Had to strip off the driver side door skin to fix a problem. But the biggest problem was the gas mileage. I averaged about 17 litres per 100 km on the computer (16.6 miles per imperial gallon, 13.4 miles per US gallon).
I purchased a 2016 Malibu from these guys and this car is amazing! Got the deal of a life time and now my fiancé and I have a reliable vehicle to continue growing our family! My salesman was Robert, help us navigate through all the paperwork smoothly! I highly recommend buying here if you want a good quality used car at a great deal!

I have owned this vehicle for only a short period of time, but so far I could not be happier. I rides nicely, and the engine has plenty of power.
The interior fit and finish seems well constructed.
Eddie (owner) and Robert (Salesperson) are both super nice people. I would certainly have bought a car from them but ultimately decided this was not the right vehicle for us. I do, however, hope to purchase a car from them at some point in the future.

We needed a larger SUV for our growing family but didn't want to pay $60K for a new oversized SUV. My used Buick Enclave provides all the space we need and I was able to get it for a price that fit our budget. My kids love our new Enclave. This is great for families with small children still in carseats as well as older children having friends over.
We spent all day looking at used vehicles, going from lot to lot until we found Patriot Auto. This place is a class act. Eddie was upfront and completely honest about his vehicles. He knew I was looking for a specific vehicle and he had it but it was being serviced. I had a time constraint and couldn't wait for the vehicle they had in the shop. He showed me similar vehicles and we purchased a pristine 2010 GMC Acadia. I would recommend Patriot to anyone looking for a vehicle. Wonderful people and outstanding dealership.

Simply the best 3 row suv out there,superb ride,extremely quite on the road,ive been an auto technician for 29 years, I’ve worked for Toyota which was the most reliable, Lincoln which rode the best and was the most quietest and Pontiac which was the fastest, Out of the 23 cars I’ve owned my buick is on top and I challenge any of you Acura, Lexus, infinity owners to a ride & comfort contest!!

Very comfortable vehicle but it is going to be a major drain on your free cash. Had the transmission rebuilt at 93K. Very comfy but I don't trust it to drive out of towns since it is a mechanical xxx.
So far I have purchase my last 3 vehicles here at this dealership and had a great experience the service department are awesome as well love coming here for my vehicles need

I love the look and comfort of my enclave. However, within the first 3 months to now 3 years later- it has required 2 struts and rack compinion steering replacement. I’m in a garage now waiting for the second strut to be put in and a new problem arose and needs to be fixed. The heat shifter will not come out of the park position. Of course normal wear and tear such as belts, brakes and tires have been done on top of recalls. Online many people are complaining about the front end problems and suggesting Buick make it a recall. On a good note when my car has no problems it is a very nice driving and riding experience.
