Serra Chevrolet review
Niko gets 5 stars. This man hustles in the right way. He was honest with me throughout the whole process. He fought to get the most for my trade. He pushed the finance department to hurry up when they were dragging. I would definitely see Niko again to buy my next vehicle.
2023 Buick Encore GX review
I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

Very helpful and friendly. Todd guided me through the selling process and bought my usedGrand Prix for a fair price. Also arranged a ride home for me.
2023 Buick Encore GX review
Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.

I’ve been using Lunghammer for years, and their service department continues to impress me every time. My recent visit was another great experience — the team was professional, efficient, and attentive. When a potential issue came up, the service manager personally stepped in and made sure everything was handled correctly and quickly. That level of care and commitment is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend Lunghammer to anyone looking for top-notch service and a team that truly stands behind their work!

Matick Buick GMCReviews
Matick Buick GMC review
When we were looking for a car last November we were lucky enough to have Steve wait on us. Steve made sure we got everything we wanted and more. Steve is professional knowledgeable and Pleasant to work with. Steve made sure everything went smooth and easy and stress-free when buying a vehicle. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle or Steve at Matick Buick. In June we needed some body work done. We called Steve and he got us in right away and took care of the problem. Steve is on his A-game and always takes your calls. Again everything worked out smooth and easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Matic Buick for any of your vehicle needs and ask for Steve as your salesman. You will never be disappointed. We hope Matic Buick in Southfield realizes how fortunate they are they have a salesperson who is as dedicated as Steve is.

Knapp MotorsReviews
Knapp Motors review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Turbomax from the Knapp Chevrolet Dealership in Blissfield, Michigan. My experience was top tier excellent. The atmosphere of the dealership was very welcoming. The selection of available vehicles, both new and certified pre-owned, was extensive. They have a wide range of vehicles at any given time. My salesman, Tylor, worked well with me within the parameters I had set for purchasing a vehicle and did not hassle for options outside of what I was looking for. He was professional, accommodating, and extremely detailed regarding available models, trim levels for each model, and how each model was comparative to the next until I was able to make a well-informed decision on which vehicle would best meet my needs. I went in very open minded and that allowed for an easy-going experience for vehicle selection until I had made my final decision. Once I had made my vehicle selection, they were so accommodating as to set aside my choice of vehicle for a few days until I had everything necessary in place to finalize the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a quality experience with the dealership’s staff in looking for the right vehicle and an easy-going purchasing process. Absolute 5-Star review.

Friendly and knowable staff. We took a couple of test drives with Shaun and appreciated his thorough descriptions of the vehicles. Very fair and convenient prices.

Josh and Andrew are Always very Nice and Helpful Always a pleasure to deal with them. My Truck was repaired in a timely manner and I was given a rental car which was a great convenience.
2023 Buick Encore GX review
I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Shaheen ChevroletReviews
Shaheen Chevrolet review
If you're looking for a car dealer who genuinely has your best interests at heart, look no further than Tobbie Lansdell and the Shaheen Automobile Group. From start to finish, the entire lease process was seamless and handled with the utmost professionalism. The distinguishing feature of this experience was the exceptional transparency provided?each aspect of the lease was thoroughly clarified, ensuring complete understanding and eliminating any unexpected surprises. Complications developed when my previous dealership refused to respond or cooperate. Tobbie stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and resolved everything without missing a beat. His communication was prompt, his knowledge was impressive, and his willingness to go above and beyond was unlike anything I have ever experienced in a dealership. This level of service exemplifies what doing business the right way looks like. I cannot recommend Tobbie and Shaheen Automotive Group highly enough ? an absolute 5-star experience in every sense!

Scheduled maintenance on my Yukon XL. They were ready to take my vehicle as soon as I pulled in. They checked the vehicles records and informed me about a recall notice on the Yukon. Asked if it would be possible to address the recall now, instead of me having to come back. They were able to get me in for the recall repair and all the maintenance items.
2023 Buick Encore GX review
I love this suv! I have a bad back and the Bonneville I had was getting tough to get in and out of. ( Pontiac went to a close friend and Pontiac enthusiast who's going to give her TLC) I just love the GX though lots of bells and whistles I'm still learning but handles great in snow !

From Shanna in sales to Gretchen in finance, the whole experience was fast, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, sincere, and easy to work with. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Shanna was great to work with, and Gretchen made the finance side simple and stress-free. On top of that, they were funny and personable, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend this dealership if you want great service and great people!
