Hawk CDJRReviews
Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!
2023 Buick Envision review
My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

D'Arcy Buick GMC review
D’Arcy is great. We purchased our vehicle there and also have it serviced there. Dominic is typically my service representative and he is so easy to work with. He always communicates how things are going and what else may need attention without any pressure.
2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

I am not a fan of car dealerships and have never really had a good experience. Enzo was helpful, to the point, and worked quickly to get exactly what I wanted. The financial department worked with me to get the best possible rate with a few extras. I highly recommend Mazda in schaumburg as it was the best experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle.

Service Advisor, Nicholas Moore went above and beyond. He asked probing questions about the issues I was having and he did a deep dive into my car history and found it was a known software issue. Bing, bang, boom! I was out in no time with my troubles behind me. I will recommend Nicholas anytime.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, courteous and professional. Buying a vehicle from Seann Omara was particularly wonderful— he is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we got the best deal possible. We left very pleased and would happily recommend Napleton Buick GMC to others!
