This review is directed on behalf of our salesman, Mr. David Middleton. From our very first visit, Dave made my wife and me feel very comfortable. We knew when we walked in, this was the van for us. Dave was very helpful in explaining all the features of this auto. There was absolutely no pressure on his part to sell us this van. We went and left a few times to think about the buying of this van. There were no phone calls made by Dave asking unnecessary questions about a potential sale. All of our communication was warm and friendly. He explained all the additional options we could have purchased in buying this van. There was no pressure on his part to push us into buying any of these add-ons. He went the extra mile to close this deal in a very warm and comfortable manner. I would recommend Dave to our friends who are looking for their future auto.

I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Working with Sean was great he was very informative and upfont with everything during the test drive and pulling together the financing. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle but there was never any pressure to purchase.
Have been with Lupient when buying my cards for the last 30 years. It has all changed. There is hardly anyone in the service department. The calls don;t come and when you try to call you get connected to three or four different areas/people....and then get voicemail. In the past when I picked up my car, It was washed and brought around for me. The other day when I picked up my car from being serviced I was handed the keys and told roughly where it would be and to go look for it - get it myself. No wash. No customer service!
Adam, Kristal and the team at Luther Brookdale went the extra mile to make sure my Yukon-Denali purchase was a great one. When I first met Anthony it took us two minutes of talking to know he was the gentleman I was going to work with! He was very professional and knows how to build business relationships. I recently wrote about how they are liars and steal money... I wanted to give an update since they contacted us about my previous review..
They looked at our car again, and did find the nails. They kindly replaced the tires.
I'm so thankful that I got a chance to get my new car from Stillwater motors, it was amazing and perfect company for everybody to get a car from them. The service was so great, the whole area it's beautiful. I would love to recommend to my family and friends if they want to get a car, Stillwater motors it's nice. Thank you and God bless.
Was told they would mail us our garage door openers the next day and never received them. Told us they can’t find them. One was for our home and our other is for our home we rent out that was supposed to go to the tenant. Replacing them cost us $85 and no leave of mind knowing someone could have our openers somewhere and could get into our home. No apology nothing.
