Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Found a chip in the windshield and they discounted the vehicle so I can get it fixed back home. Sat down, and was on my way within about 45 mins. Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Glenn is my service writer - he is incredible and has always done a great job looking after my 2022 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve! He is excellent in his communication. Just recently my truck flashed a fault code I brought it in to Fred Anderson and Glenn scheduled me in and he took care of my Titan! He even had the part ordered to arrive the next day and told me that it's still in the warranty period and to bring it back the next morning. I did as requested (just as promised Glenn texted me the first thing the next morning that the part was in and to come by at my convenience) I came by and within an hour my truck was repaired and I was on my way. I do not have worry when I work with Glenn - he goes above and beyond when looking after my Nissan needs.

Just bought a nice used Maxima here this weekend. I will have to say that Brandon Comer (sales) and Javier Escobar (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. Such down to earth personalities, friendly, sincere, and helpful. I actually identified a vibration / wheel issue with this vehicle during the test drive. They did not hesitate to address the issue fully and we were able to finalize the deal in a couple of days. Other that that small hiccup, the dealwas so simple and painless. Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.
