New and used 2026 Cadillac XT5 Luxury for sale near me

I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.

Had a small issue but they took care of me. Picked my vehicle up from my place of employment and brought it back to me.

Ross in Service is one of the best in the business! I have been to a ton of dealerships over the years and his attention to detail and professionalism stands out by far. If it were not for Mr. Orlando Tilian, I would probably be taking my car to Bremen Cadillac for service. He is the most confident thorough concerned individual I’ve ever dealt with. He should certainly be promoted to a higher level than he is currently more of the staff should be like him And Cadillac would perform better than it’s currently doing

I was truly taken back by how willing the service department was going to try to help . We're traveling down as snow birds from New Jersey. Our GPS and On Star stop working. They ordered the part gave a loaner car updates on repair Giovanni Rubio Service Advisor texted me with update. When we arrive today our car was Washed and Charged. We did almost everything over the phone and it was so easy. Bennie was an awesome salesman He listened to what we wanted and made the experience very enjoyable.

Burke had a good selection of trucks on there lot. I called and spoke to Scott who was my salesman. We went over all the question I needed answer on. Scott was informative on the truck i was looking at. We talked numbers where I needed to be and he made it happen. I'm still trying to get use to with todays technology. I think there's to much unnecessary gadgets to learn, but that's me. Overall I'm satisfied with Burke and Scott for a beautiful GMC truck.

Joe my service adviser is very helpful , courteous & knowledgeable. He took care of my car issues in a timely manner. The breakfast bar was delicious.

Great experience, Antoine Richardson was my sales associate and immediately assisted me over phone with a Jeep I have been eyeing for sometime. He worked out some numbers before my long drive but it was well worth it. Very good person, took me for test drive and spoke like we knew each other. Meet the finance manager and she awesome as well, just pretty cool experience. Would buy again from the dealership!!!

The purchase process of our 2026 Equinox was both Professional and efficient. Our 2026 Equinox was ready for delivery when we arrived after our over 3 hour ride. We were NOT disappointed. Our travel time was well spent.
