Rizza Cadillac Buick GMC review
We walked in looking for a new or lightly used Cadillac. Coach Novak approached us and was absolutely fantastic. He was right he isnt a typical salesperson. He wasnt the typical slick talking, fastmoving stereotypical sales guy. He was respectful of my wife and my time and our needs. We got an great deal on a beautiful Cadillac. Thanks Rizza and Coach for all your service and attention in our new purchase.

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

My XT5 was due for return and I received a call From Henry Flakes Jr. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he found a XT6 with all the options I wanted, I went over the following day and we made the deal happen. Henry was very courteous and friendly and he introduced me to every new feature that my 2022 XT5 didn't have. Henry Then help me with all the set-up. I would Definitely Recommend Henry Flakes for a great SALESMAN along with the whole team

I have bought many vehicles from this dealership over many years from Vettes to trucks. The experience has always been a positive. Service goes above and beyond and they have one of the best Vette technicians around (very much a Vette enthusiast himself) If and when they get a C8 Z06 a)location for me I will order one through them!! My next new truck will come from them too!!

My wife and I and our 2 month old baby pulled into Marks lot in a rusted, unsafe, unreliable old car. We fell in love with a little red sonic he had. The management team really went to bat for us. We had never bought a car on credit and they walked us through it. We just paid it off. Car is awesome, just regular maintenance . Thanks Marks

I have the best experience in buying the suv at your dealership. Jake treated me and my family with respect, great follow up and made us understand the deal clearly. He even delivered the car to us which was very appreciated otherwise we would have not had the car that same day. Manager Derek had a great attitude and finally your finance manager was awesome! I would definitely come back for any other car in need in the future and would absolutely recommend to my family and friends. Thank you all for making our experience of car buying a cheerful one! Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

We were treated with patience and kindness.During the lengthy process of purchasing a car .I would highly recommend a place to visit in your search for a new or used vehicle.
2021 Cadillac XT5 review
I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Sharp Automotive review
Casey is amazing he had been looking for my trailblazer since December and as soon as one was coming in he let me know and kept me up to date on everything! Casey helped me set up OnStar in my car and when I had an issue with them he took car of it. Very personable! I will always recommend sharps and Casey to anyone looking! Will be a returning customer when the time arises! You are all great! Really appreciated how Casey went over everything in the vehicle with me since it is the newest car I?ve ever gotten! Casey went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Thank you all again!
2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Took my Corvette in for a recall fix and check engine light issue. Paul serviced the car and had it back to me in about 1 hour. I had questions about the check engine light issue. Paul took the time to explain what happened, answered my additional questions and told me what to do if the check engine light came back on. Paul is unbelievably knowledgeable about Corvettes and very customer focused.

Dennis is great! When I bought a 2015 MDX 4 mos ago. Then, drove it 11k mis, went in and decided I wanted to buy a 2020 Used certified MDX. Initially my trade value wasn't going to make it possible. The next day the used car manager stepped up into my trade with a generous offer and I bought the 2020. I bought the service plan too. Beth in finance was great too. Very patient. She gives you time to make the right decisions for your purchase.
