We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.
2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Getting my fuel pump's jet nozzle replaced just found out what my problem was with my fuel consumptions numbers.The back up camera does not always light up enough to see to back up until I put it in drive.

2021 Cadillac XT5 review
I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

2017 Cadillac XT5 review
Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

I’ve owned 8 vehicles in my lifetime and have driven about 30 different cars, and I can confidently say the 2018 Cadillac XT5 is literally the best-handling car I’ve ever driven. Cadillac has truly mastered the balance between performance, comfort, and luxury with this model. Driving Experience: The handling is exceptional—smooth, responsive, and surprisingly agile for a midsize SUV. Whether on city streets, highways, or winding roads, the XT5 stays composed and feels incredibly secure. The suspension does an excellent job of absorbing bumps while maintaining a sporty, controlled ride. Interior & Comfort: The interior design is second to none. The XT5's cabin is on par with any top luxury brand I’ve encountered. Premium materials like leather seating, soft-touch surfaces, and tasteful accents create a space that feels both stylish and sophisticated. The seats are extremely comfortable, even on longer drives, and there's plenty of room for passengers to stretch out. Features & Amenities: This car comes loaded with luxury-level amenities, yet it’s far more affordable than similar options that can cost 20-30% more. Features like the intuitive infotainment system, touchscreen controls, Bose premium sound system, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration make it feel modern and connected. Add in conveniences like a hands-free liftgate, heated/ventilated seats, and an easy-to-use navigation system, and you’re getting serious value for your money. First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Just a very good, reliable, solid, powerful, and nicely styled vehicle. A little small on cargo, and electronics are OK, but not up with current trims with other companies. Have some Update error on downloads, but that's about it...15,000miles, still like new.
