So much leg room, solid car, very fortunate to own it. I found the car using cars.com. Can’t wait to take it on a vacation.
Didn’t get to purchase a vehicle but the team at Massey seemed to be very helpful. Only when asked to negotiate on a used vehicle we got a no from the start! This is my reasons for going some place else.

The performance is great and it has all of the extras that I could want like Bluetooth and Android Auto, Intellibeam headlights, Heads Up Display, Lane Keeping Assist, SiriusXM, heated seats and steering wheel, and much more. Decent mileage for the great acceleration and power.

Very comfortable ride. Love the height from the ground. Only downside are the headlights, the low beams are completely inadequate. The high beams are great.

I've read some negative reviews about the service department at Massey Cadillac North Orlando. I had no problems at all. I believe if you go in with a positive attitude and treat others,like you want to be treated. You'll get further in life. Shawn,the service manager,was very helpful and took care of problems that were not necessarily Cadillacs problem. They want to keep their customers happy and they definitely achieved that. I'll never regret purchasing a car from them. Customer service is very important to them and it shows. I'll be a lifelong customer of theirs. Be positive and get positive results!

We needed a large vehicle to transport kids and their stuff. It is the best car I’ve owned! Never any problems. Carfax will show a couple of issues, but will be explained to interested buyers. Needs to be seen and driven. It is a beaut! Only selling to upgrade to platinum due to sore backs. Second owner.

HEATED SEATS ARE A JOKE DON'T EVEN GET LUKE WARM, DEALER SAYS THAT'S JUST THE WAY THEY ARE, FOR $100K THEY SHOULD WORK. I WENT ON INTERNET EVERYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE 2015 WHEN SOME DUMB xxx ENGINEER DECIDED TO CHANGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL, IT'S BEEN THE SAME FOR ALL THE YEARS EVEN THE 2019'S, WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN FIXED?
Great service and follow up in a timely manner. Very professional and as expected repair was performed as promised and my car was ready in time as originally stated to me.

This car is the last of the luxury over performance vehicles from Cadillac. That being said handling and performance are decent enough, but clearly lacking when compared to others in the same market segment. The main pros are a quiet cabin and ultra soft ride. Cons, down market interior appointments and a CUE system that can be downright frustrating at times. Overall a good proposition if you are looking for uncompromising space, a reasonable level of quality, and have an affinity for the Cadillac name plate.
I’m very satisfied yet again with Troy Burns who put up with me for another great car buying experience. I went back to Greenway for the simple reason that Troy treated me so well the first time I went for my very first new car ever. This second time was just as much of an enjoyable experience. He knows the cars, knows the options, and knows what things are available to you as a customer. He makes sure you know your car inside and out before you leave. This is not only the best car I've ever owned but it is the best value in its class. It is supremely comfortable and yet performs like a sports sedan. Even though it is a large car it drives like a much smaller one and gets 22 miles a gallon with a powerful V6.
Juan was our sales associate today when we bought our new Dodge. He was super courteous and has us in and out in no time with no hassles. After today's experience I know I will be a return customer. Thanks!

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price

My newly purchased 2014 SRX is the most luxurious vehicle that I've ever drove and owned. It far exceeded my expectations, even after researching other luxury crossovers and reading reviews on the SRX. Makes being stuck in traffic so much less stressful; at times, even pleasurable. Rides and handles like a dream too. Nothing but an exceptional vehicle with high praises in performance, looks, and comfort.
I was able to get a vehicle I was happy with in a short period of time. The salesman, manager and other staff were pleasant to work with. I would recommend this dealership to friends.

I love this car! It is stylish, has great performance and drives so smooth! We recently took a long road-trip and had no issues with staying comfortable. Since this car is AWD, the gas mileage isn't the absolute best in the city, but it does well for the highway. The interior is nicely designed and I love the heated leather seats!
Plaza Cadillac has always given me outstanding service.. I???ve never had any issues with there work, it was always completed in a timely manner with no issues. I???ve been lucky enough to have Steve help me when ever I had to take my vehical in. They don???t come any better than Steve and Plaza Cadallic should feel lucky to have him as one of there employees. Plaza Cadillac and Steve are simply the BEST.

Love my ATS, former Escalade owner fell in love with this car on my test drive. I picked up my vehicle but had to schedule an appointment to replace the tire sensor, returned to CarMax service center 20 days later and was advised it wasn’t the sensor it was a bad tire that I drove around on for 20 days. Pretty dangerous!
