I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.

The staff is extremely prompt, courteous, thorough, patient, understanding, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They always seem to go above and beyond. 2014 SRX with dead battery. Manage to get it started, made it to dealership and was greeted by Cesar at the service desk. Waited for repair to be completed. Cesar kept me informed on the progress of the work. In as short time the work was completed and thanks to Cesar I was on my way.
My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time.
