Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

Not only were they able to fix a terrible situation with Carfax. They were able to get me and my brand new 2026 Jeep grand Cherokee. This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

The guys in the service department were extremely nice and very helpful. Took care of both of our vehicles. 2018 Equinox and Chevy Silverado truck.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Great overall customer service from Barbie Wagner. We started with the ordering process and she kept us in the loop as to when we could get it ordered to keeping us updated on the status of our order. No matter the obstacle she was there with a positive attitude and a voice of reassurance that our vehicle would arrive and be all that we wanted it to be. She did not let us down. Her dedication to working with us on the paper work and putting the extra time and effort for that to be seamless was over and above as well. Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

James was very professional and efficient. The service always 5 stars. Very happy with the work and experience!

Even though I needed routine service, they got me in right away. Andrew Weinberg took over from there and my car was back in my garage in no time. Eric Gray called while the car was in service to make sure everything was okay. What customer service!

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter!
