I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.

HEATED SEATS ARE A JOKE DON'T EVEN GET LUKE WARM, DEALER SAYS THAT'S JUST THE WAY THEY ARE, FOR $100K THEY SHOULD WORK. I WENT ON INTERNET EVERYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE 2015 WHEN SOME DUMB xxx ENGINEER DECIDED TO CHANGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL, IT'S BEEN THE SAME FOR ALL THE YEARS EVEN THE 2019'S, WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN FIXED?
Facilities very nice as always, however:
1) Was told tire rotation & oil change would take 1 to 1.5 hours, but it took 3.5 hours!
2) This is the second time I've asked if something could be done to loosen the stiffness of adjusting the driver's armrest, and as was the case the first time, the advisor dismissed it out of hand as unadjustable. I just didn't get the feeling he was seeing it from my side by at least asking the mechanics to look at it. And believe me, at my age this is an issue that's causing me pains in my right arm. It's still hard for me to believe that it was intended to be that stiff, but even if that's the case, at the very least, it should be flagged as something in the Encore's design needing improvement .
Loved my Cadillac so much I went back a month law!

I LOVE THIS CAR. The interior is beautiful as well as the exterior but I happened to see the interior a lot more so that’s why am commenting on it. It drives beautifully I got the black rims with the White Cadillac looks gorgeous

Big Bang for your buck. Comfortable, sporty, luxury vehicle. My first 4 door, and it’s not like grandpa’s sedan. It won out over a Camaro, because it had more room, more luxurious feel, and can drive it all winter.
A+. Never in my 25 years of buying cars have I ever come across a dealership that respects you as a customer and makes you feel so wanted. Every concern properly addressed, no pressure sales tactics, a respect for ones time. Truly how all dealerships should be operated. I have bought Mercedes and BMW in the past, and have been treated well, but never even close to how I was treated at Williamson Cadillac.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our experience at Williamson Buick. Robert Garcia was our salesperson and he was very attentive, courteous, professional and patient. We were very grateful for the time he dedicated to us and answering all of our questions. We also appreciate the time he took in getting us the best price for our new Buick. My husband contacted multiple Buick dealerships in regards to the Enclave, and Mr. Garcia at Williamson was able to get us the best price. After purchasing the vehicle, he also assisted us in setting up all the special features (i.e. Bluetooth, OnStar, Hotspot Wifi, Buick app, etc.) and explained how to use all the additional accessories. This is our second Buick, and we will definitely be reaching out to Mr. Garcia for our third Buick in the future.

Love the look. It will handle in any type of weather. Safe and reliable. Cargo space is a little bit smaller due sunken space underneath. Lots of features that are automatic like headlights and wipers.

Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
