Service Warranty Recall

I came in at around 10:00 am, WITHOUT an appointment, to have a recall done on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, arriving after the usual busy early morning rush. It was no problem without the appointment, and they had me in-and-out in less than an hour, which is fantastic! Even at that time of the morning the service drive was spotless, as is the whole store!!! Phillip Evdos was my Service Adviser. He was very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable as to what I needed done. After the work was preformed, the Service Manager Justin Bantock even took a moment out of his usual busy day to introduce himself, wanting to make sure I was happy and that my visit was satisfactory. They are obviously interested in customer service at this Autonation Jeep Store. Needless to say, I will continue to give this store my business.
