I initially visited Old Orchard Nissan because I saw a used Audi Q5 online that caught my attention. Normally I prepare myself for hours of uncomfortable conversations at dealerships, but Viktor immediately made the atmosphere feel relaxed. He was friendly without being fake and professional without being overly formal. We spent a long time comparing vehicles, talking through maintenance costs, long-term reliability, and technology features. I appreciated how honest he was when discussing differences between brands instead of pretending every car was perfect. At one point he even recommended against a vehicle I was considering because he didn’t think it fit my lifestyle well enough. That level of honesty is rare. By the end of the day, I drove away feeling confident instead of uncertain, which has never happened to me after buying a car before.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.
