I was highly impressed with the exemplary sales service that I received from Ricky Brown at Tom Gill Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable about all of the makes and models on the lot, which helped us to weed out a lot of cars that would not fit our needs. His patience, honesty and integrity were truly refreshing!
I purchased my Toyota from a dealer in Indiana back in 2009 and now call Kerry Toyota home. I had recall work that needed to be done on my vehicle and I was provided transportation to and from my home while repairs were made. The shuttle drivers were super friendly and Mr. Anderson the CSR I spoke with with was very professional . I was also able to schedule my appointment online which made things work out even better. A class act all around. I even received a telephone call from Toyota to check out how my experience was. I will definitely return and recommend Kerry Toyota to others.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Tyler (sales) went above and beyond to make sure we purchased a family vehicle that was in our budget and meet our needs (& wants). Steve (finance) gave us clear direction on our options, answered all our questions. We felt like no information was ever hidden from us. There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
Piles is fantastic to deal with. Betty Morris was an amazing saleswoman. Everything from trading in to purchasing was fast and easy. Our last 3 vehicles have been purchased at Piles. No reason to go anywhere else when the customer service is so outstanding.
This place was amazing! I am a young girl and I absolutely know nothing about cars came in with limited cash not much job experience and they were super helpful and refused to give me a car I thought was a decent car but there were lots of things wrong with it! They were super helpful and fast
I lease and was in on 11/29 to see my options on getting into another vehicle. My previous lease was a 2016 Ford Escape and I ended up getting a 2018 Ford Escape.
