Southern Kia Virginia BeachReviews
Southern Kia Virginia Beach review
This review is for the best salesman ever Chance Moore. Our sale was so smooth, calming, done with professionalism and excellene. My husband & I were the 1st to get there before they opened and to our excitement they had a Kia EV6 electric. We test drove I fell in love & bought it. Chance Moore is the salesperson to ask for he went over everything that I needed to learn about the car, even when Kia Connect was down he kept trying and I had to tell him it's okay I will come back but he would not give up trying to get me connected, I'm like I'll be back. His patience and perseverance was touching to my heart and soul; the fact he cared enough about me as a customer going beyond even having another salesman take care of me on his day off. The manager Joe Miller is TOP NOTCH, this manager don't sit behind the desk looking foolish, like he hates his job. He is approachable, professional, friendly and his smile plus positive energy. I give Southern Kia Lynnhaven- Virginia Beach 10 stars. Chance Moore, Joe Miller and the other salesman that was excited for us. Thank you for a wonderful experience with our new vehicle. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will posting this on every review I can find to promote this location. WOW WOW WOW!

AutoNation USA KatyReviews
AutoNation USA Katy review
This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Big ups to Jeremiah and the AutoNationUSA-Katy team for a very satifying car-buying experience.

Corwin Honda Colorado SpringsReviews
Corwin Honda Colorado Springs review
I recently purchased a 2025 Honda HR-V Sport from Corwin Honda, and I want to give special recognition to Morgan Holt. From start to finish, Morgan made the process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Even when I had concerns or felt uncertain, Morgan went above and beyond to make sure I got into the right vehicle and felt confident about my purchase. He stayed responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me taken care of—even following up with me regarding my loan documents. What stood out most was Morgan’s commitment to customer service. He didn’t just sell me a car; he made sure the entire experience was positive and that I left feeling supported. It’s rare to find someone this dedicated in sales, and I absolutely commend him for it. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Morgan Holt—you won’t regret it.

Even though I didn’t make a deal on a car. I believe this will be the place were I purchase my next car. Very welcoming staff. The A team for real.
2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
Bought my Colorado from a dealer 2 years ago. I do regular maintenance and knock on wood have had no major problems. I average around 21 MPG which I think isn’t too bad. My only complaints are pretty minor. I’m 6”5 so getting in and out is tight, but once I get in I have pretty decent room. My only other complaint was that I took a road trip and my mileage did not increase much. I also wish the cup holders were a little bigger for my over sized cup of coffee in the morning lol. Overall I’ve been very happy with the truck.

Toyota VallejoReviews
Toyota Vallejo review
I recently visited Toyota of Vallejo to explore used vehicle options, and although I didn’t end up making a purchase this time, I had a genuinely great experience. Andrew Kahrimanian was friendly, patient, and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire visit comfortable and pressure-free. I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism throughout the interaction. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family who are in the market for a car, and I’ll be back myself when the time is right!
2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
I bought my Colorado new & have kept up all my service on it. Runs great, good gas mileage, for a truck. I don’t like the design of the door panels, nothing fits in them, useless! My foot slips off the brake pedal no matter what shoes I wear! Don’t know if anyone else has this problem. Jim

Serra Ford Rochester HillsReviews
Serra Ford Rochester Hills review
I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.

MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWN review
Showed up at the dealership from 2 hours away without calling first. Luckily the car was still there. Ricky Dietrich was incredibly helpful and walked us thru the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership was great but he stood out seeming like he genuinely cared about what we needed rather than just getting a sale. I highly recommend them to anyone and have already sent in 2 customers in the past 6 months who were also treated great.

Richfield Bloomington HondaReviews
Richfield Bloomington Honda review
I made an appointment for 7:30 AM on Monday, but my car was not serviced until midday on Tuesday. Not sure why I needed an appointment. The service representative acted like it was no big deal. I was given a loaner and I was very satisfied with the repairs the ultimately conducted. I just wish I would have known about the one day delay - I altered my schedule to accommodate a Monday pickup and that obviously didn’t work out.

Richardson Ford Inc.Reviews
Richardson Ford Inc. review
My experience with Richardson Ford was great. Found the car I wanted on Sunday, contacted Norman on Monday and Thursday it was in my driveway. The people were friendly, easy to work with. I had the same car previously so I didn’t need to test drive it. I live over an hour from the dealership, they had their drivers bring it to me. Paul found me a good finance offer. I would definitely recommend Richardson Ford to everybody.

2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
My 2016 has 174K miles on it now. It's been mechanically sound for the most part. As with most high mileage vehicles, things are starting to wear out but it hasn't been anything too costly. The truck has served me well and been very reliable.

I had an awesome experience at New Chevrolet. Stephen was a great salesperson! He came in on his day off to get the deal done. The finance team was also wonderful to work with. I can't remember the last time I had a great experience at a dealership, but these guys were fantastic to work with!
