It did take a little time to go through everything, but nothing felt overwhelming or confusing. Nikki helped guide me through the different options, made sure I found something that actually fit what I needed, and never made it feel like I was being pushed in a direction. What really stood out was that she followed up after the sale to make sure everything was still going well, which you don?t always get. I absolutely love my Telluride and would definitely recommend AutoNation if you want a straightforward experience with people who actually pay attention.

I had a problem replacing my power sockets on My 2010 Chevy Avalanche. I couldn't pull out the socket with a tool I had ordered. I decided to stop by Rusty Drewing Collision Center for help. I met an individual named Travis Hamilton who was the body shop manager and explained the problem to him. Travis took the time to look at what I was attempting to do and to my luck he was able to figure out the problem in a short amount of time. He was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time. Knowing my ability it would have taken me all day. I really appreciate his service and willingness to take time for me..... I have another project for my avalanche' I will surely go to him again. 2021 Chevrolet Colorado review
I have the diesel version. Cons: the truck burns oil very fast. At 4500 miles I had to add 2 qts. The oil is a new special type that only 1 shop in town carried. The backup camera is awful at night. Interior and creature comforts just aren’t there like you would expect on any new vehicle today. Pros: The truck drives smooth, hauls the boat up our steep hill, gets good mileage. The bed is metal instead of Toyota’s composite and very deep. The seats are comfortable.

As a single woman shopping for a car, it can feel overwhelming trying to determine who is being honest and who truly has your best interests in mind. When I found the vehicle I really wanted, I hesitated because the dealership?Arlington Nissan in Illinois?was out of state. I spent nearly two months continuing to search for other options, but nothing compared. Eventually I decided to take the chance and make the trip to see the car in person. From the moment I arrived, the experience was reassuring. Alex Reiss, the salesperson who helped me, was professional, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. Even though he?s a younger guy, he handled the entire process with confidence and integrity. He listened to my concerns about my past experience and made it clear that this time things would be handled differently. Alex answered all of my questions, provided the reports I requested, and explained the 6-month Certified Select warranty, which helped give me peace of mind. Because of how transparent and helpful he was, I felt comfortable enough to move forward and purchase the car that same day. The experience in the finance office was just as positive. Dominic walked me through the paperwork carefully and made sure everything was clearly explained. I really appreciated that he didn?t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons or try to slip in extra warranties or fees. The process was honest and straightforward. Before taking the car home, the dealership also addressed a few service items I wanted looked at and completed a full detail. Kiah in the service department kept me informed about what was being done and when the vehicle would be ready. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked fantastic?honestly like it had just come off the showroom floor. The service team clearly took the time to make sure everything was done right. What stood out most about my experience was the team effort. Alex, Dominic, and Kiah all worked together to make sure my concerns were heard and that the entire process went smoothly.
