Advantage ChevroletReviews
Advantage Chevrolet review
I recently purchased a new vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service I received. Ryan Scott, my sales associate, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to my needs, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail made the car-buying experience enjoyable. I also want to recognize Dennis Reilly, the Finance Director, for providing exceptional service. He thoroughly explained every step of the financing process, ensured I understood all of my options, and made the paperwork quick and seamless. His professionalism and transparency gave me complete confidence throughout the transaction. Together, Ryan Scott and Dennis Reilly made purchasing my new vehicle a truly excellent experience. Their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with both of them if you’re looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!
2023 Chevrolet Colorado review
In Dec.of 2014 i bought a second gen canyon slt long box. I drove that truck just shy of 200,000 miles and had pulled it another 30 thousand. My 2023 Colorado was made in Sept. of 23. being a later build I haven't had any of the early build problems. I love this truck more than my Canyon. The only issue I had was being shipped without the tool kit to change the spare and my jack was bolted to the truck with a nut requiring a wrench to remove it. I'm 72 and have been driving trucks (mostly chevy) since 1972

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dominique was very knowledgeable. Offered drinks while we waited. Cars were all cleared of snow and easy to look at., Brought cars to the door that we wanted to test drive. Had our car detailed and ready to go very quickly.
2023 Chevrolet Colorado review
Great little truck! Good looking body style, nice wheels, well done interior, plenty of options including adaptive cruise control in Z71 model. Great alternative to full size pickup. Only one problem so far, module for backup camera has failed and is on back order, so it seems other owners have run into the same problem. Overall, great buy!

Audi PlanoReviews
Audi Plano review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Audi Plano! From start to finish, the entire process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one was absolutely exceptional. The level of professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care that goes into making the car-buying experience seamless is truly impressive. What can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming process was instead exciting, effortless, and enjoyable. It’s clear that Audi Plano takes pride in creating an experience that goes beyond simply selling vehicles. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the entire experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers, provides exceptional service, and makes the car-buying process a pleasure, I highly recommend Audi Plano! Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2023 Chevrolet Colorado review
Bought the truck with 3000 miles on it. engine feels strong had no mechanical issues with almost 20,000 miles on it now knock on wood I drive it on 300 mile road trips regularly back and forth to college and with just a few infotainment issues such as Bluetooth not connecting the screen taking over 3 minutes to turn on which are frustrating but not devestating overall for the price this thing should be flawless and not have these basic issues but hasn't left me stranded. (PS don't buy OnStar Wi-Fi it is terrible never works interferes with your service)

Joe in Sales was great to work with. He and his supervisor Matt helped my wife and I purchase a used 2025 Nissan Sentra that was in immaculate condition with just over 3000 miles. The Finance Team put no pressure to purchase add-ons we did not need. Overall this will be the dealer we work with to obtain a car in the future.

The Sales associate, Johnathan, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered the questions we had regarding the vehicle and the purchase process. He was helpful in getting an acceptable value for our trade-in. The suv we bought did not have a cargo area cover. He did not help us either with replacement or compensation for our expense to replace it.

Five stars for FRAUDULENT sales This dealership utilized the old carbon copy method for my sales cobtract. I assumed their computer system was down. I am a handicapped senior citizen. After I looked later, over this sales receipt, I couldn’t read it. I asked for a better copy. I was charged $35K - an amount even more than a new cat instead of the used car that I had purchased. The original sticker price was $28,800. They don’t care. Go to the dealership in Oxnard.

Kendall Toyota of EugeneReviews
Kendall Toyota of Eugene review
I worked with Cameron Sprouse from the outset. He was great, informed me about the vehicle details, and met me (on his day off) to show the vehicle to my wife and me. Gave us space to make our decision. Moved along expeditiously after that to get the car ready for us to drive off the lot. Stayed in touch for troubleshooting after the sale too. I gave one star to trade-in as I did not trade in a vehicle, and would have noted it as "N/A" if that option was available
