I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

Negotiated a price, set appointment to come back next night buy. The next day a little research on my negotiated price, discovered Costco auto buying program, started the Costco process about 3p, walked in at 5p to purchase, they honored the Costco price with no haggling and dropped price $2,700.00

The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAMReviews
Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

I worked with Rocky and had an amazing experience. This was my first car purchase from a dealership of any sort so I was very nervous, but he was incredibly kind and helpful and explained everything I had questions on. He was very thorough and I felt super satisfied when I walked off the lot with my car. Cannot thank him enough! Same with Matt the financial adviser there, he was also incredibly thorough and kind and explained anything I had questions on! I highly recommend this dealership and these guys! They were amazing! :D

2024 Chevrolet Colorado review
I purchased this truck before I read any reviews on it. I'm glad I didn't read them. The truck is very comfortable and fun to drive as my main vehicle to drive. There are a few quirks to get used to: raspy engine sound, headlight control on touchscreen, and a slight lurch right before coming to a slow stop. Overall, I enjoy it very much. CR has rated low for reliability, but I'm risking it. You can make any vehicle last over 100K miles with proper care.

Phillips Chevrolet review
This is a review of Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort. All the employees treat me like family every time I go there for service, parts or purchasing a vehicle. Most of them know me by name or familiar face, but all of them say hello and how are you. After 35 years of being a repeat customer, one gets to know a lot of people there. I get what I call first class treatment each and every time. I buy all my Chevrolet’s from Phillips because of the atmosphere but also great deals. I recommend working with Phillips for all your driving needs. Sincerely, Tom O’Connor.

I was very happy that I chose to come to Phillip Chevrolet in Lansing, because the salesman I had was very polite, knowledgeable, and an awesome salesman. I would definitely give his name to family and friends who's interested in purchasing a car. Everyone at this dealership are very nice and pleasant. I didn't have to wait a long time each time I came for service. I will continue coming to Phillips Chevrolet for any service I need on my Chevy Trax because I know that the work will be done correct. Also the service department staff is very polite and knowledgeable and it's so nice when customers receive a bag of Famous Amos cookies 🍪 I love them. Thank you Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing for all that you do. Dine Morris

Ron Westphal Chevrolet review
Salesperson, Michael Covone, went above and beyond to help me through the entire process of obtaining my new Corvette. Even on his days off, he responded to my messages and spent a lot of time working with me. After I took possession of the car, he continued to follow-up with me, responding promptly to my messages and continuing to address my concerns in a caring and professional way. Everyone I talked to at Ron Westphal Chevrolet in Aurora was friendly and helpful.

CarMax RoswellReviews
CarMax Roswell review
My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.
2024 Chevrolet Colorado review
Love the suspension and ride. The interior is well laid out. Seats are comfortable but tight. Love the looks of the exterior. Plenty of power and the fuel economy is running 19 mpg for the ZR2 model. Lots of bells and whistles all the toys u can enjoy. Great looks decent value just what i was looking for in a daily driver.

Buying our second car at Martin Chevy was really easy! Ed Mouton was a pleasure to work with and they were able let me test drive several options in a single afternoon. Drove away with just the car I wanted, at a great price! Thanks for making the car buying experience such a pleasure. Bought a low mileage (1,600) 2026 Equinox EV. I love it!

D'Arcy Chevrolet review
Purchase my used vehicle 2 weeks ago today. I am impressed with the service I recieved. I went in and test drove it with Jackson the salesman. He was very friendly and professional. I liked the vehicle a 2018 traverse. Told him I had to go home and make a decision. Since I like 30 miles. He told me I could start the process online if I decided to go forward. Which I did. Went in to sign the papers I was on the road in a hour. It's was fast and easy and great customer service. And I'm loving my new traverse.

D'Arcy ChevroletReviews
D'Arcy Chevrolet review
I'm very late writing this review, but D'Arcy Chevrolet is so deserving of this review! I'm writing this review as the friend who was traveling with the truck owner from PA to the Iowa sheep show back in late September, 2025, and I have to say that D'Arcy Chevrolet in Morris, IL, has completely restored my faith in humanity. When my friend's truck broke down while hauling a trailer full of sheep, we were in a desperate situation. From the moment we arrived at D'Arcy Chevrolet, the staff treated us like family. They immediately got a technician working on the truck, and when they realized it couldn't be fixed in time for the show, they did something I've never seen any dealership do in my 62 years – they loaned us their plow truck so we could get the animals there safely. But their kindness didn't stop there. The staff actually helped us transfer everything from my friend's pickup to their plow truck, including the sheep and pen! While we waited, they brought us warm cookies and beverages, and even drove us to lunch. These small gestures meant the world to us during such a stressful time. When the parts took longer to arrive, they simply let us keep their plow truck without hesitation. They also helped us load and unload trucks going to and from the show to make sure we could get there and back as quickly as possible. The quality of work on my friend's truck was exceptional and the pricing was more than fair. But what truly sets D'Arcy Chevrolet apart is the genuine compassion and kindness of their staff. They went so far above and beyond what any dealership would do – they're simply incredible people. I cannot recommend D'Arcy Chevrolet highly enough. They've earned customers for life where we come through Morris, IL in the future!
