Phillips Chevrolet of LansingReviews
Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing review
I was very happy that I chose to come to Phillip Chevrolet in Lansing, because the salesman I had was very polite, knowledgeable, and an awesome salesman. I would definitely give his name to family and friends who's interested in purchasing a car. Everyone at this dealership are very nice and pleasant. I didn't have to wait a long time each time I came for service. I will continue coming to Phillips Chevrolet for any service I need on my Chevy Trax because I know that the work will be done correct. Also the service department staff is very polite and knowledgeable and it's so nice when customers receive a bag of Famous Amos cookies 🍪 I love them. Thank you Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing for all that you do. Dine Morris

Serra was quick to respond and answered my questions as well as sending additional photos. Austin was my contact and he provided the information mentioned above as well as asking us to come in for a test drive. Very pleasant experience.

The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

Eric was a great salesman. Kept us informed and engaged during the whole process. Thank you for your kindness and positivity.
2024 Chevrolet Colorado review
I purchased this truck before I read any reviews on it. I'm glad I didn't read them. The truck is very comfortable and fun to drive as my main vehicle to drive. There are a few quirks to get used to: raspy engine sound, headlight control on touchscreen, and a slight lurch right before coming to a slow stop. Overall, I enjoy it very much. CR has rated low for reliability, but I'm risking it. You can make any vehicle last over 100K miles with proper care.

Would recommend this dealership specifically if you are needing help in service. My advisor was Jacob Skaalen. Super sweet kid, knows what he’s doing. He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer. I felt that my vehicle was in good hands the entire time and the communication while my vehicle was in the dealerships was spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Volkswagen of Downtown ChicagoReviews
Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago review
James Christy was my salesperson who helped me purchase a VW Jetta for my daughter's first car. From my initial contact with him to the red bow placed on her new used car, he was top notch. Listened to what we needed, delivered on his promises and made us feel like he was one of our best friends. Out the door pricing was given to us "prior to" coming in so there was no surprises when we got there with the assistance of his sales manager Julian, who also also great to work with. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This experience today was exactly how all dealers should treat their customers from initial call inquiry to the hand shake congratulations car purchase. A+++!

Elkins ChevroletReviews
Elkins Chevrolet review
Mike B at Elkins Chevrolet is the sole reason for this review. From start to finish, Mike worked closely with me to get a complicated transmission warranty situation resolved. He was consistently communicative, transparent, and straightforward about every step of the process, which made this complex and stressful situation much easier to deal with. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and was GENUINELY invested in getting the situation handled correctly. Due to my experience with Mike, I will not take my truck anywhere else moving forward. Not even back to the dealership where I originally purchased it. Mike earned my trust and respect. I highly recommend asking to work with him if you need service at Elkins Chevrolet.

Kendall Ford of Marysville review
I live in Alaska and I was looking for a car, and my daughter found one there that happened to be the exact car I was looking for. Communication was excellent from the salesman, and I made arrangements to go pick it up a couple days later. Best car buying experience I've had yet. Thank you all very much.
