I had a great experience with Kenneth Barnes as my dealer. He was very knowledgeable and patient in the process of me getting the car I wanted. Definitely ask for him when you go to Webb Chevrolet in Oak Lawn. A Wonderful Car to own

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
When I walked into the dealer, Paul was the first person to welcome me and he was so nice, not aggressive at all and soft spoken. Normally you get over the top aggressive salesman that make you feel so uncomfortable when you are car shopping but he was the total opposite and I was so pleased to work with him. The whole process was wonderful and I will definitely return to him for future purchases.

I love the liftgate, and especially, the rear backing camera!
Yesterday, I loaded 10+ boxes of donations into the SUV and everything fit smoothly. Plus, it fits in my one-car garage!
We were rear ended while stopped at a red light by a F450 truck going approximately 45 mph. Although the car will not be driving anywhere as the rear passenger wheel was broken off and rear windows shattered, we walked away! Feeling thankful that GM designed this car to withstand this type of accident.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great salesman, Paolo, and finance guy Ryan. Bought a 2019 Silverado and was very pleased with the process. Got a great truck and great price on my trade in.

A New 2018 have not had it for a year and on Christmas this had me on the side of the road with three children for a hour. It was towed back to the dealership and they say I have oil in the antifreeze tank and the part is back order nation wide. I don’t want it back I want something new . It’s crazy three times in the shop and not over 30,000 miles. Now what Chevy
This dealership was great overall! I worked with both Joe and Ryan and both were very professional with outstanding customer service. Joe helped me in picking the right car within my price range as well as the features I was looking for. I was VERY satisfied with my 2017 Chevy Cruze LT. Ryan in financing was great, he helped me get the best deal as well as give me financial advice that really helped close the deal for me. These two together gave me the confidence in buying from this dealership, it's no wonder they have a lot of repeated buyers, my family included.

Vehicle is loaded with technology, such as navigation from cell phone, etc. Safety lane alert, wider view of back up camera. will purchase another in a few years.
I walked in knowing what I wanted to see & buy. Deciding whether to go new or not was the issue. I decided to go with used. I am happy I did! I had a horrible time at the previous dealership that I was at 10 years ago & this chevy dealership made buying a car easy! Thank you esp to Juan Jacome for dealing with me & my family.. esp my dad! This is my second equinox and I'm in love. The 2018 was quite an upgrade from the already great 2017. The ride is very smooth. I love all of the upgraded features: heated steering wheeling, back and front camera as well as an overhead camera view, heated/a/c seats, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this vehicle.
Paolo was friendly, helpful and attentive. He walked me through all of the car???s features and made sure I didn???t leave with any questions. I couldn???t be happier!

Comfortable, with all new console, camera, music, tech and safety options, plenty of room, great visibility, towing capability, stylish interior and exterior, flexible configuration, and good gas mileage
From the minute I walked thru the door to getting handed over my new keys, my experience here was very professional, easy and overall satisfactory. Joe Grahovec helped me first by going above and beyond in finding me the best car within my price range. He found me a great car with very little mileage and all the features I was looking for. My husband is 6'5" and I am 5' tall. Buying a vehicle that is comfortable for both of us to drive has been a challenge. And then to add to our problems, my husband has MS and must use a walker. So before we test drive a vehicle we had to fit the walker into the cargo space. Not feasible in most vehicles we tried. The Equinox fit all our needs and we couldn't be happier.
I worked with With Emily back in August to replace my truck, she was great. This week my mom needed to replace her car. Since I had such a good experience working with Emily I went back to work with her again. She was great, she helped us find a 2017 with low mileage that was a good fit for what my mom was looking for. Excellent small crossover offers great mileage (averaging 29mpg city, and just completed 800-mile holiday trip at 34mpg that included hilly terrain.) Leather seats are a bit stiff, but everyrhing else is great.
We could not be happier with our purchase and the service at Chignoli. We worked with Gregg and he was great. He answered our questions whether we contacted him via phone, email or in person. Great local service, which is how we try to shop...Locally! We will continue to buy from Chignoli, this is our third purchase with them.
Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...
