My wife and I were in the market to replace our 2008 Town & Country with a newer model. We came across White Horse from a post on craigslist, they were advertising a 2013 Town & Country Touring L. I called first, spoke with Walleed for a few minutes then decided to do an online application. He called back about 20 minutes later saying we were approved, our down payment amount and documents we needed to bring.
We traveled from Virginia Beach to Warrenton, and we ended up getting cold feet and second guessing. Mind you its around 730pm and hes technically closed. So we already made it to Fredericksburg so we just got a hotel for the night and called Walleed and told him we were second guessing (this would be our first finance vehicle ever as we always pay cash for our cars). He listened to our concerns and I told him I would call him shortly.
We ended up going to check the vehicle out, and my wife was super happy with the vehicle during the test drive. It was no pressure at all. When we got back from the test drive we had all the paperwork completed in 30 minutes and drove away with our new vehicle with a 5 year, 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I will be back to purchase a car for myself in the spring.

I have been dealing with Country Chevrolet for a number of years. Last June we bought a new Silverado from Bobby Soutter and the deal was great, I got a good price for my old truck and a good price on the new one. We decided to buy a new Chevy Malibu so we went back to Bobby and again we made a great deal. Bobby will find rebates and discounts to give you the best deal possible. He worked hard searching for discounts and saved us several thousand dollars. I have bought several vehicles from Bobby and if I buy another one it will more than be from Bobby Soutter. The man has 16 years experience and waiting for your call.
I take my truck to Steve at Country Chevrolet to have my truck serviced. I always go to Steve Chipman because he has been the man when I need service. He is a person that will answer your questions and give you excellent advice when asked. He answered a question concerning warranties and I took his advice. When I had a problem with my A/C on my truck and because he explained why extended warranties were a safety blanket, the A/C was covered because of what he advised me to do. I will not go to any of the other service agents. The others are good but my preference is Steve Chipman.
This is an update regarding the last review. The dealership is taking care of all of the issues and getting the windshield fixed and the cabin air filter. Gary Stiles did a great follow up and making sure everything is taken care of

I saw the car I was looking for a good while for a great price at Sullivan’s. Got a prompt response when I called to see if the car was still available and came up from Southern NC. My salesman Brad was awesome in answering any questions I had and even checked in for my ETA the day of to make sure the car was ready at the front of the lot for me to check out.
No hassle at all or pressure in the slightest. Took it out for a test drive and was sold already. The car ran great and was in great shape as described by Brad. The trading and buying process was a breeze and I ended up getting more than what would normally be offered for the car on KBB. The GSM, Mr. Will Sullivan was beyond a class act. Very respectful, articulate, and very understanding. He’s a great guy who runs his business the right way. He took care of our paper work in no time, was extremely patient and willing to explain and address any questions or concerns. A real stand up gentleman. He locked us in a great APR, explained all warranty options and was very transparent and honest on fees and every other small, intricate detail other managers wouldn’t readily share with a customer. I couldn’t be happier with the trading process here.
After everything was signed and ready, Brad personally hand washed and assisted the detailing staff and had the car prepped and ready to go shining in no time. He’s a class act as a salesmen. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any questions on anything on their lot. He will respond promptly and do what he can to make sure everything is ready to go.
Sullivan has a HUGE selection and quite honestly, one of the most impressive lot and detailing/service bay you could find anywhere. They are the epitome of good business and honest values. I needed a second key for a pre-owned MB I had purchased. Visited Huber to order key, returned for programming. They were unable to complete programming as MB national system for same was down, so I had to return (90 mi round trip) second time. A discount would’ve been appreciated for the inconvenience.
Dealership personnel were very friendly and efficient. Dealership was immaculate and waiting lounge was welcoming, clean, and well stocked. Although I am closer to Richmond dealerships, the friendliness and efficiency of Huber is far superior.

Dropped the Journey off Tuesday after Labor Day and picked it up at end of same day. Shop had to call in machine experts from Northern Virginia to correct malfunction in brake disc milling machine. Anyway, vehicle now performs well without shimmy.
Every shop has problems. The difference is when they are corrected and the work as promised is completed. C of C has done that.
