I bought a used Rav 4 there. When preparing the vehicle they noticed a damage not necessarily obvious to the naked eye and contacted me. After examining the vehicle we decided I didn???t wanted the car. They were extremely courteous showing us other similar used vehicles. Then they gave us a incredible offer on a new RAV4 that we couldn???t reject. They performed as a team of used cars salesmen, new cars salesmen and the managers definitively do their best to get you a great deal. Salesmen are very professional and care about their customers and the good name of the dealer. For the new Rav 4, Mr Miguel Vega took care of us, for the original used Rav 4, Mr Bernal took care of us.

This car has been everything! I wanted a vehicle I could feel safe in and would get me where ever I needed with out a problem. It has all wheel drive which is great in the state I live in. It has plenty of room and it’s very sleek inside. I’m so happy I made this purchase.
Best service experience I've ever had. Superb, professional and personal service, with top-notch free espresso bar (and dogs) to boot! Worth buying a Subie just for this. Also, Susan, my "case worker," was especially terrific. Both friendly and professional and interested in my personal experience with the car and quality of service and operation.

Initially I bought the car with very low mileage.29,000 thought I had a great deal. Then in 8 months the air conditioning went out and completely replace everything $1,500 by my mechanic. The drive axles went bad replace them not too bad couple hundred dollars. Using oil is a big problem always low when I checked it adding oil continuously. Then the engine shut down on me I was able to get it to my mechanic and he diagnosed that I needed a new engine. Ordered a new engine and he installed it $3,800. Now the exhaust manifold is cracked and I have to replace that another 300. I would not recommend a 2010 Equinox to anybody unless it got all fixed up already a motor new are you see new manifold new axles yeah then be a good time to buy it if you got a deal.
Brought in my 2014 Denali Yukon to trade for a new body style gmc. Found what I was looking for and they fixed all the issues I had with the vehicle. There was just one thing there were a lot of little things. Taillight, sunroof, headliner, interior carpet and a few other things. They were all addressed without any questions. They had the car more than a few days for the fixes and loaned me a car for the wife and kids while it was there. Very happy with salesmanship and service. Top notch! Will purchase again when I’m ready for a new truck.

This wasn't my first choice but I am glad it choose me(haha)..It runs smoothly,has lots of room,has all the latest gadgets and very stylish.I compare the body style to the bmw or merecedes .
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.

Love it! Was in a serious accident and the air bags saved me from getting hurt. I currently bought a 2019 to replace my other truck that I didn't plan to replace but keep until it won't run any more....
Great sized SUV to fit our all around needs. Not to big and not too small. Appealing interior with a sporty design. Just enough "bells & whistles" without having to bust out too much cash. Good fit for kids in the back seat or even a solo commuter with the highway MPG. Great trunk for groceries or travel necessities. Haven't had any performance issues yet. All-around solid car.
I have had a few issues with my car. I will most likely never purchase another Buick but the service team is great! My advisor goes above and beyond to assist in getting my car repaired. Thank you Mark for your customer service.

Vehicle is loaded with technology, such as navigation from cell phone, etc. Safety lane alert, wider view of back up camera. will purchase another in a few years.
Mario is always very helpful, friendly and attentive. Unlike practices at other dealers he never tries to sell services my truck does not need. One of the best in the service industry.

this vehicle took time to get use to since all i ever had was cars but i do like it it has decent room good leg room love the child safety locks itbut other than that i like it alots great for that alone everything works only thing i would like is a little more space in the back
I was extremely satisfied with my experience for the regular maintenance i had performed on my Optima. Shaun was completely on target and was fantastic at communicating. The only thing that would have made it 100% would have been a more timely shuttle. I do realize that one person could be only in one place at a time but, more than one person could be picking up and dropping off customers. Other than that, 100%.

I love this car! Lots of cargo space, leg room in back is great, handles excellent, drives like a dream. Love the Bluetooth option, navigation is a cool feature!
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
Some people say 1 happy customer will tell 5 people about the experience and 1 unhappy person will tell 50 people; I am here to tell my 5 people about my happy service department visit at CAPITAL CHEVROLET???S GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I took my Chevrolet Truck in for check engine light and alignment. My Service Advisor Jake Buckley phoned me 3 times just like he said he would to keep me advised about progress of the repairs. I know that most people???s service trips are a nightmare but this was an extremely well managed operation by CAPITAL CHEVROLET???S service team. Especially great job by Jake Buckley!! Excellent small crossover offers great mileage (averaging 29mpg city, and just completed 800-mile holiday trip at 34mpg that included hilly terrain.) Leather seats are a bit stiff, but everyrhing else is great.
It???s been a while since I shopped for used or new vehicle but Capitol Chevy made it easy for me. Julian Galavez worked hard for me to get me the used vehicle that I like. He took care of me from start to finish. I will always recommend this dealership to anyone!!

Bought a 2017 LT Equinox AWD in 2019
1) Quieter than CRV (5)
2) Braking is smoother than CRV (5)
3) Engines about equivalent (4)
4) Anti-lock brake on snow/ice condition better than CRV (5)
5) Mylink does not allow installing Carplay - worse than CRV (3) - have to rely on my wife's i-phone on a trip. I will give CRV a (4)
6) Back seat cannot recline - CRV reclines by ~2 inches (3) - only if I have to sit in the back
7) Reliability - TBD (CRV's battery died after 3.5 yrs)
8) Value: I paid ~$27 K in 2015 for a new CRV with AWD and ~$16K for this used Equinox (7400 miles) almost like new. I have been impressed except for the Carplay availability.

I just love this car. The backup camera is awesome and really helps with blind spots. Talking about blind spots, it also lights up on the side mirrors when a car is in my blind spot while driving. It makes me so safe!

I just got my SUV a few days ago, but so far I absolutely love it! I was unsure about owning an equinox at first because I like a sporty looking vehicle but the one that I got was the right color and the interior is perfect!! It has the sportiness that I was looking for. It is exactly what I wanted and it has everything that I was wanting. It met all of my checks on the list. I am so glad I was able to purchase this vehicle.
Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!

A New 2018 have not had it for a year and on Christmas this had me on the side of the road with three children for a hour. It was towed back to the dealership and they say I have oil in the antifreeze tank and the part is back order nation wide. I don’t want it back I want something new . It’s crazy three times in the shop and not over 30,000 miles. Now what Chevy
