I hate buying vehicles and I told them this before we went, they were respectful of my dislike for the whole buying a car game and dealt with us accordingly. The transaction was very smooth and not a battle over price and the usual back and forth haggeling over price.
Just brought in for recall and a problem with onstar. They did update me on what was needed per the service calendar per miles on vehicle. They were not high pressure when I said no. Experience was very nice. The only problem is I was told not to schedule service through the app since they do not get the information for reason for the service call.
We had a wonderful experience with Joe. We were looking for used but bought new because of Joe. I would recommend going in to see him any time. He was professional and nice as was the rest of the staff. No pushiness and the dealership was very clean and neat. The best part is the staff picked the perfect car for me and I love it!!
Over the past week, I was casually shopping around the town for the best potential deal for a newer vehicle. I came across an offer that lead me to Medved Kia, and I am grateful that this was the first offline visit!
I'd also like to add that I was NOT expecting my visit with Medved Kia would lead to me picking up a new vehicle. I was just expecting to get some information, and possibly return in the near future. I ended up getting a lot more than I bargained for.

Plus, thanks to the diligent efforts of the finance team, they worked with me every step of the way — was professional and very supportive in getting me into the vehicle I wanted. They even took the initiative to offer me lunch, since they felt I had been waiting for quite some time.

We had gone to 4 other dealerships before getting to Stevinson! The salesman at Medved seemed afraid to work in the cold or work late, & it turns out I'm glad he wanted to "call me on Monday".
