I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
I'm a huge fan of Karl Chevrolet, Steve Karl has sold me a few cars in the past and I just leased with them for the first time. As our family decided to look for a new car, we selected Karl Chevrolet based on its reputation of delivering great service to its customers. Karl Chevrolet exceeded our expectations. Three words might capture our experience: 1) Professionalism. True professionalism rests on the confidence of the service that's been offered. We were greeted with warmth by the owner, and we were given honest and knowledgeable advice as to what to keep in mind in purchasing the car of our choice, a Chevrolet Suburban. 2) Courtesy. During the entire process, our family did not detect any form of confusion or frustration with our many questions as we were coming closer to making our decision to purchase the vehicle. The owner himself led us with patience and impeccable cordiality through a process that could be long and complicated. This form of courtesy made us feel reassured that we were not taken advantage of, and that we were treated with respect. 3) Composure. It comes as a corollary of anything that has been said above, but it is an important distinctive feature. There was never a moment in which we were pressured to purchase our vehicle, and we felt we had the complete freedom to make up our minds while we were considering different options. This sense of composure and self-confidence confirmed to us that we had come to the perfect place.
without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.

I can't thank the Staff enough for my car service. The staff set me up with a same day ride home & a loaner to pickup the next day. Bob came over and asked me to go with him and start up my car. Well, the car worked. Bob said when he heard the noise he wanted to check if the steering wheel column. All car needed was to be greased/lubed. Bob, thanks so much!
I went to Bob Thomas Ford looking for a new car after twelve years in my Explorer. I worked with Colby who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Bob Thomas also met with me to welcome me to the dealership and let me know he was at my service. I expected to leave with a certified pre-owned Explorer. Colby showed me the new Flex with the eco-boost engine and I was sold. No high pressure sales, just great service.
I went for an emissions test and got a nice deaker experience. There was no one ahead of me. It took about half an hour and the waiting room was a big upgrade over the usual emissions test station. Comfortable seats, HD TV, clean bathrooms and free coffee or water. Cashier Sam has a funky english accent and Shelby was professional and friendly.
Me. Duffy was very helpful in pointing out the good reasons to choose the CRV at this stage of my life. I had a pilot and wasn’t sure. He was very very familiar about the car and all of the features. He was funny and put us at ease. He got me a good price, and the free trip is awesome. A good expierence all around!
