2021 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

The vehicle was detailed meticulously both inside and out. I usually always purchase new vehicles but Next Gear put my mind at ease about a used purchase. They have their used vehicles as close to new as you can get. The manger Kian, was able to able to process the sale quick and painless. The owner, Majid was even able to arrange shipping in prompt manner. Next Gear certainly has renewed my faith in used car dealers! These guys are honest and try to make your purchase painless. Jeff went above and beyond to resolve an incredibly frustrating situation and completely restored my faith in trusting a dealership. I came into this situation understandably frustrated after experiencing a major transmission failure shortly after purchasing my vehicle from Hendrick. What initially felt like an overwhelming and disappointing situation could have easily turned into an even worse customer experience. Instead, Jeff, as the Service Manager, took ownership of the situation and worked diligently to find a resolution. He listened to my concerns, took the time to understand the circumstances, and worked with his team to find a solution that significantly reduced my out-of-pocket expense. He also made sure I had transportation while my vehicle was being repaired, including shuttle transportation to and from the service center as needed. That was incredibly helpful given my family’s transportation situation and made an already stressful experience much easier to manage. What impressed me most was Jeff’s willingness to go above and beyond what I expected from a service department. He didn’t simply point to the service contract and tell me what couldn’t be done. He advocated for me, communicated with me, followed through on what he said he would do, and worked to find a solution that was fair. As a customer, having someone in a leadership position who is willing to personally take ownership of a difficult situation makes an enormous difference. Jeff turned what could have been a terrible experience into one that ultimately restored my confidence in Hendrick. Jeff represents the kind of service leadership that makes customers feel heard, valued, and taken care of. After this experience, I would absolutely feel comfortable returning to Hendrick for future service, and I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a service manager who genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you, Jeff, for going above and beyond when it really mattered. You have absolutely earned my 5-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
