Everyone at the dealership is friendly and takes the time to explain things. Brenda Milliner was wonderful to work with. She spent several hours with me and explained everything to me each step of the way. She also took the time to answer all of the questions I had. I was at the dealership getting an oil change and left with a new vehilce.

Robert & Drew in the Service Department went above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule to have my mother's 2008 Impala serviced. This is the best service department I have ever experienced so far. I hope that Wollam Chevrolet will continue their exceptional service as I will continue to have only Wollam Chevrolet service my mother's 2008 Impala since we purchased it new at Wollam Chevrolet in August 2008. The service department mechanics have always done an exceptional job of fixing my mother's 2008 Impala without having to worry if they corrected the problem the first time without having to bring it back. Plus as a bonus, my mother was offered a senior discount to help her with the repair bill. We also like that Wollam Chevrolet has a free oil change with every 5 oil changes and discount coupons sent to help with maintenance and repairs. I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
Just happened to stop by the dealership. The sales people were very courteous and knowledgeable about several cars on the lot. The sales manager guy was very hands on, went over a lot of options that could be ordered
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I can't say enough about how pleasant this car purchase was. Ryan was very low key but eager to do what he could to help us get into the car that we were there to get. I originally found the car on-line and just happened to be in the area, so I figured I would stop in to take a look. He didn't act like the typical vulture that attacks you as you step onto the lot. He simply said hello and stepped back while we looked but kept himself available for questions. We actually did not come to a deal on that first trip, and we were both totally ok with it. I called him back almost a week later and we were able to work something out. I told him I'd like to think about it over night and he said to "take as much time as you need". I drove back up their (2.5 hours) 2 days later and made the purchase. This probably wouldn't have happened had Ryan been pushy. We had a blast driving our new car home and I've been happy with it since. I was very impressed with Ryan.
