Suburban HondaReviews
Suburban Honda review
We moved to Livonia a few months ago, and when it was time for service on my CRV, I wanted to find an honest Honda dealer--one that wouldn't tack on unnecessary services like a previous dealership did or take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. I was impressed with Suburban Honda of Farmington Hills from the start. When I discovered I had a scheduling conflict, Sandra (the employee who handles appointments) quickly accommodated me by finding a time later the same day. She was friendly and helpful. Bob Spurgeon, the director who was in charge of my service, was professional and polite. I explained to him that I wanted just an oil change and tires rotated, and that is exactly what was done, with no attempts to tack on any other services or superfluous charges that my husband and I have encountered in some places. Mr. Spurgeon seated us in his office to complete the work order and conversed with us in an amiable way before he showed us to the waiting room. We had been told that the entire appointment might take 1-1/2 hours, which includes a car wash, but it took just a little over a half hour for them to finish the work. The bill matched the estimate we had been given, with no suggestion that any "problems" exist that need attention. The only suggestion I could make is for the person who changes the oil to ask whether or not the owner wants the Oil % indicator to remain on the dash rather than be eliminated. I had to call the dealership later to find out how to shut it off. I didn't want that big Oil Can image to stay on the screen, but I couldn't find clear directions on how to delete it. They did offer to do it for me the next time I am near the dealership if I had any problem with the directions. (I am an elderly female.) At this point, I highly recommend this dealership for the friendly, professional way the employees treat the customer and the efficient way they do the work. We weren't sure where to find a good, honest dealership in this area, but from all indications, I think Suburban Honda is one that is fair and shows personal interest in the customer.

I recently took my wife's 2026 Equinox in to Matick Chevy for it's first maintenance. I checked to see if I could drop it off the night before and was told no problem. 1st maintenance was performed and they gave me a call that I could pick it up the next afternoon. No charge, such a deal. I was also given a car wash ticket. That's how its supposed to be.

When it comes to having my car serviced, there is only one dealership that I trust to get it right- Serra Chevrolet of Southfield. The friendly and courteous staff at Serra Chevrolet of Southfield will take the time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly diagnosis the root cause of the issue. If you are in need of an oil charge, wiper replacement, or an in-depth repair I would highly recommended taking your vehicle to Serra Chevrolet of Southfield!

LaFontaine Chevrolet Plymouth review
My husband and I great experience when we recently leased two new vehicles with a trade-in at the Plymouth Lafontaine. Austin, our salesman made sure the process of leasing and the trade-in went smoothly by explaining every step a long the way and answered any questions we had. Also, Austin a long with Lafontaine team members worked together to make sure we were completely satisfied. We have purchased many GM vehicles over the years and appreciate their professionalism and making us feel part of Lafontaine family. If you?re thinking of leasing or purchasing a vehicle I highly recommend going to Lafontaine of Plymouth. Austin and the rest of the team will give you the same experience and satisfaction we had.

I wanted to share our recent experience working with Gus to purchase our 2024 Lincoln Corsair. The entire process was straightforward, and Gus was very patient with us, especially since my wife had many concerns about the vehicle being shipped from Detroit to our home in Chicago. Gus answered all our questions promptly and was completely transparent throughout the process. We truly appreciated his professionalism and support. Overall, this was a great dealership to work with, and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, The Dandridge Family

Hello March, Sean Fathi was my salesman at Page Honda and I could not be more satisfied! He was friendly and knowledgeable. Sean told me about all the bells and whistles in various vehicles but he was not pushy at all. All my questions were answered making sure I was comfortable with my decision. The entire process was smooth and hassle free from test driving to financing. I HIGHLY recommend Sean Fathi at Page Honda to anyone looking for a great selection of vehicles and top notch customer service. Old “gurl” is rolling in a 2025 HR-V Sport and 💜ing it. End of novel!

Completely satisfied with service appointment today 03/09/2023 with service adviser Jason Crager. My Chevrolet Trailblazer RS AWD had SES light on with diagnostic trouble code P1467. The evaporator purge pump part number 25206066 was replaced and event was fixed. Making service appointment with Serra Whelan on line was simple, and part replace was quick and had vehicle back earlier then promised. Car was returned in impeccable condition. No dirt/grease on steering wheel, sill garnish moulding scaffed, and or heavy dirt on floor liner. Radio was updated, and recall on Jack assembly completed. Started buying from Buff Whelan Chevrolet now Serra Whelan Chevrolet since 1991. First vehicle purchased was early built 1992 Chevrolet captive test fleet vehlcle with only 1,000 miles.

Chevrolet Buick GMC of MillersburgReviews
Chevrolet Buick GMC of Millersburg review
My car was on it's last leg and really needed to replace it. It was going to cost nearly twice as much to repair than the car was worth. Dylan and the others here did a great job of getting me approved for a nice used car. They were willing to work with me knowing my credit was not the best.

2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.
