Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. 2024 Chevrolet Traverse review
I purchased a 2024 Chevy Traverse RS AWD and it’s the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. Chevy did its best to provide a great, functional vehicle which looks great and drives even better. The Super Cruise is a game changer for road trips. I love to drive and this vehicle just made planes obsolete to this retiree!

I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

I live in Boulder and have been considering a new Nissan Leaf, after contacting several dealerships, I have to say that Valley Nissan was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. From my initial contact with Blake the Internet Director, outstanding communication, he respected my preference in the way I wanted to communicate, answered my questions quickly and directly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Blake and my sales consultant Leon, who had all paperwork ready to go for a quicker transition. Leon went over the car with me , answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable; (this was very appreciated as this is my first electric car). This outstanding customer service continued with the Finance Manager Nate, he came out and introduced himself to me, explained the rest of the process and when I would be with him to finalize all paperwork. The thing that impressed me with Nate was, he did not try and sell me a bunch of products/coverage, he presented me with what he would recommend based on how I was purchasing my car-so refreshing! What a great team at Valley Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to these guys! Honestly, I thought they were joking. Not only did they finish the service within the promised time, but they also washed the car before handing it back. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager, Lewis, remembered our family by name. He took a few minutes to talk with my 8 year old son, handed him a brand-new Matchbox car with his business card stapled to it, and told him, “When you’re ready to buy your first car, give me a call.” That small gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at Courtesy Nissan.
