2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

2019 Chevrolet Trax review
I've had my Trax for many years now, bought it slightly used with only 30,000 miles on it. Now with 80,000 on that engine and I haven't really had a problem with it. It's decent in the snow, a little slower on the highway as it is slow to accelerate up to speed (not really a huge issue for me). This car can take a beating pretty well and keep going as I had blown tire while on the highway and drove into a ditch. I was able to get the car out of it and park on the side of the road until help arrived.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

2015 Chevrolet Trax review
I leased my 2015 Chevy Trax (basic trim) new on March 2025 as my 21st birthday present to myself. Since it’s my first official first car purchase, I was on top of my maintenance. I’ve already taken it to a lot of road trips and decided to own it October 2018. Took it to more road trips ever since. The issues I had on it has been the AC. I did a whole 100k service on it as well, and have had to replace the spark plugs. Otherwise, the engine is still running great on me and now at 110K+ ! I am looking to replace this car at some point in the near future though since I’m growing out of it already. But I’m super happy with this car (I named my Trax as Trixie) as it has been reliable on me most of the time. It was fun to drive in my 20s and I personally love the handling on it as well. Positives: 1. They offered me a fair value for my trade in. 2. They were willing to match the best deal I had found on a similarly equipped vehicle in the area. 3. Everyone at the dealership is very nice. Negatives: 1. One caution I'll share has to do with the finance/business manager experience. He's very charismatic, very charming, a good salesman some might say. He will attempt to sell you on the usual extra services and coverage. Then he'll go through a presentation on the manufacturers warranty compared to a 3rd party warranty. That little presentation includes some inaccuracies. He either hasn't read the contract or lacks proper understanding of how it works. He will then reassure you, that you can get a full refund within 30 days after you've had time to read the contract and lookup reviews. However, this is only partially true. In the state of Iowa extended warranties are taxable contracts. When they show you the price, it doesn't include the sales tax. That will only be shown once you've agreed to the price and go through the signing process. (red flag #1) Please Note: you will not have internet service inside his office and their public wifi does not work. If you attempt to cancel the contract that they sell as fully refundable within the first 30 days, prorated after that, you will find out that they will refuse to refund the tax they collected (even if it's just 1 business day after your purchase) and claim once it's sent to the state they don't get it back and won't be able to refund it to you. This is what some might call a lie by omission. (red flag #2). By the way, they don't sell the GM Extended warranty (likely because they don't make as much money on it), but if you're interested in it, it's significantly cheaper and you can get it for 12 months longer and 10k mile more coverage than the 3rd party warranty they offer. (red flag #3) All in all, I'm happy with my purchasing experience and would buy from them again. I'll just be on guard a little more when it comes to meeting with the business/finance manager. I know they have to make their money to, I just don't like being lied to. Even if it was just an error I think they should have made it right which they did not do. I hope this review helps someone be a little better prepared than I was.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.
