Went to Coughlin Hyundai in Heath on 10/27/18 to test drive a 2019 Sonata and look over a 2018 Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo that was on showroom floor. Plan was to get a 2019 Limited in the Spring and order what we wanted for color etc. Being a 10 year Sonata owner we were satisfied with Hyundai.
We were met by Chip Price, sales associate and we first off saw the most beautiful gray Limited on the floor and it was getting serious. Chip got us into a Sport Sonata 2019 and loved it on the test drive.
Chip went over the many great features of the 2018 Limited and we were sold on it. We decided to get some numbers. With the great deal we were given on the Limited, we closed the deal.
I went back the next day after all financing was finalized by Jim Brown and signed the paperwork. Wife and I returned a few days later to pick up our awesome car(after Polysteel Coating applied). Chip spent over and hour going over the techy stuff with my wife and I so she could feel comfortable since she will be primary driver.
Chip and Jim were 5 star from the get go. All personnel were friendly and greeted us each time we came.

I worked with Scott Mortland and Herold Samour. Scott was so patient and nice- going through all options and reviewing differences in each van. He did not pressure and really made me feel comfortable. He took his time and 100% sure I had everything I needed before I drove the car off of the lot. Then, as I started the financing process, I worked with Herold. I realized through our meeting that he sold me my very first car 17 years ago! Of course, I had a good experience with him back then and again for this purchase. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle after almost 40 yrs. of driving. I was a die hard GM person since my mother retired from there but I wasn't happy with their latest move on layoffs so opted to look at the Mazda and Subaru recommended by my son. I had such a good time with their sales staff, I felt at home and they all treated me like I was special even talking about small stuff that we can all relate to. I recommend them Very Highly!
Getting a car repaired is never fun but Dan Tobin???s Bidy Shop made it a pleasant experience. From Brittany at the front desk to all the people in the office, the transaction was handled professionally and with courtesy. The car was delivered on time and looks like new!
The Customer Service representative I worked with in the Service Department, Steve, clearly viewed customer service as a top priority. I found him to be friendly, considerate of my time and comfort, efficient and professional. I have been having problems using my rewards account. Steve went out of his way to help me. He called someone to help me and offered information as to the email they have associated with the account.
My service advisor Drew was very cordial and respectful. He was sensitive to the cost of this major service and ensured that I got the maximum benefit of my applicable coupons. The work was completed in one morning despite the fact that one technician called off for the day, causing Drew to juggle his schedule.
I have have been more than pleased from the day I purchased my 2017 Trax Premier. This dealership has it going. Friendly, professional and the cleanest damn place I've ever stepped foot in. You know when you walk in the showroom doors that this place is top knotch.
I had specific time requirements and issues. Rob actually was listening to me and reacted promptly to my request. It was very nice to have the sales person actually hear what I had to say. I never felt like I was being left out in left field. Also the Staff, and Finance people were very personal.
This was a $6k repair on a 2014 Cruze. The repairs were done right and they used genuine replacement parts. It took 4 weeks to complete the job but I had a free rental from the insurance company. Overall a very positive experience.
