My husband and I both bought new cars here, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. AJ was the best salesman ever?super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting us into the right vehicles. The whole team made the process smooth, stress-free, and even fun. No pushy sales tactics, just great service and great people. Highly recommend Burien Chevrolet if you?re looking for a car and want to be treated right!

Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep RamReviews
Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram review
I wrote a review for Tacoma Dodge when I got home after buying my new Chrysler. I thought I was writing a review on how well and professional the sales rep’s service, Tim L provided me and I accidently deleted the actual invite of the sale rep survey. I want to make it clear here that Tim L. provided me service that raises the standards of any customer service out there. I haven’t bought a new car in 15 years and Tim L made it easy and stress free. I’m diagnosed with agoraphobia and Tim me feel at ease with the new environment I was in. I would recommend Tim to anybody I know that would visit Tacoma Dodge and he should be recognized for his service.

Andrick was very nice and very helpful. I don't have the best credit or a good down payment but he did everything possible to get me into a car. Very helpful!

Rairdons Nissan of Auburn review
Micheal Thompson in service did a great job managing my maintenance work. Good explanations of work done and why. The other service advisor (female stocky build short cropped hair) directed me to “pull forward!” as if I were an employee reporting in to her. She didn't seem to understand I am a customer dropping off my car not a new hire. She is unclear (apparently) about how retail relationships work. Maybe she was having a bad day? I will always ask for Michael going forward….

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

The sales representative (Logan) and Owner (Craig) at Auto Quest was extremely courteous and willing to negotiate a fair deal. Both my daughters purchased cars from Auto Quest that were in mint condition, low miles and bought from hassle free sales reps. The service is outstanding and they aim to please. My daughters left their with a big smile (ear-to-ear) and will make Auto Quest there GO TO auto dealership for all future purchases. We recommend Auto Quest Dealers our #1 choice for great vehicle selections, competitive prices, knowledgeable auto representatives, excellent and equitable customer service, and NO Pressure tactics. #purchaseautoquestvehicles

Craig is truly an OUTSTANDING Salesmen. Craig took care of the deal and was so nice to both me and wife. Up front and HONEST! You do not find that at car dealers anymore. We live in Oregon and had to drive over 125 miles so Craig worked out a deal for us over the phone which was way better than the other dealer we were working with. And once we got there, they did what they said they'd do! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Craig and his dealership. Craig himself has been there for over 27 YEARS! I know that the next car I buy I will check with them first! Plus, one other thing, they have an AWESOME selection of cars! Thanks Craig and Gene Pankey Motor Company. We are REALLY loving our 2023 Cadillac XT6! Ed and Patty Jorgensen

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2025 Jeep Wrangler with the help of the amazing sales team at Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Mark Iodice and his team made the entire process fast, smooth, and pressure-free. They provided an incredible trade-in value for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness—exceeding my expectations by about $1,000—and were straightforward and honest throughout. Their online communication was top-notch—no excessive messages or spam, just clear pricing and financing options with no hassle or unnecessary back-and-forth. When it came to financing, John Millet was exceptional, completing the entire process in under 30 minutes—no exaggeration! He professionally presented add-on options without any pressure, ensuring a stress-free experience. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for great service, transparency, and efficiency, I highly recommend Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Well done, team!

We had a great experience buying. Our salesperson, Steve, was on top of everything. I really appreciated him working with me over the phone as I was away on business.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

Gene Pankey Motor CompanyReviews
Gene Pankey Motor Company review
I visited Gene Pankey Motors after seeing some vehicles on their website that seemed interesting. There was no pressure, everyone was nice, it was a small store and they explained the care they go through to find these cars that it seems would be difficult for a "big dealership" would struggle to do when going through so much more inventory. I would normally be a little bit more skeptical about the little dealerships, especially on South Tacoma Way. They had the best interest rates around, and shopped me with all the best rates at all the credit unions in the area. After making my decision and applying for financing I was approved and able to leave in about 35 minutes to sign all the documents. It was nice not having to spend all day at a dealership. Glad I stopped by this place.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Salesman Eddie is a straight shooter, very professional, relaxed and personable. He covered all the bases clearly and thoroughly. I was happy to do business with him.
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.
