I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We were returning after parts came in to repair the malfunctioning door locks. The prior service rep no longer works there so there was confusion about payment. Our new service rep Kandice Phillips was able to clear up the issue and repair is scheduled. Thanks Kandice!

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I am very surprised to how well I was treated at this dealership working with John Q. Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C
