Before making the drive, I even spoke with General Sales Manager John Acosta, who personally assured me that the offer we received over the phone would be exactly what we'd see when we arrived. They kept their word 100%, and that level of integrity is hard to find these days. I also have to recognize Isabel Rojas in Finance. You always hear stories about having a great salesperson, only for the finance manager to ruin the experience with high-pressure sales tactics. That couldn't have been further from our experience. Isabel was professional, friendly, and never once made us feel pressured. She only discussed products that genuinely made sense and could benefit us as the customer. It was obvious she cared about helping us make informed decisions, not just selling extras. From the moment I requested information online, the communication was outstanding. They respected my preferred method of communication, answered every question promptly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we've ever had. I'd give it a 15 out of 10. We're a Honda family, and making the drive from Orlando was absolutely worth it. Crown Honda has earned our future business. If you're shopping for a new Honda, ask for Frank Lovett. He'll be honest, upfront, and work hard to get you the best deal possible. 2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

2010 Chrysler Sebring review
This is a GREAT vehicle. Chrysler finally got the roof and bonnet functioning very well. The only problem I have had is that when it is raining and I'm in the garage and exiting; there is a fair amount of dripping onto the my leg.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

I must be amazing. The company canceled my warranty. Because the vehicle sits in my car port for six months I didn’t follow their schedule but adapted to the use that I had. 7000 miles in 3 years. So I changed the oil at my use of car. 2 oil changes so far. Get real. I m taking good care of vehicle. And then you cancel my warranty. So I had purchased a warranty after the original 10 year was over and because I had a extra life warranty for 10 more years @ 2000$ my broken Radio was replaced at no extra charge (about $1646.09) was the repair cost. I change my own oil. I am a retired auto business owner. Luckily I bought the extension warranty. “I must be amazing!”
2014 Chrysler Town & Country review
Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. 2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2015 Chrysler 200 review
PhilC: 2015 Chrysler 200 Lmt. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
