The 3.3 engine is very reliable and a simple V6 My truck is geared 3:73 which I can still average 24 mpg hiway and sometimes I see 25. I believe the Motorcraft 5W20 is the best option for the engine in the retail shelf market. It outperforms in every category compared to the big brands available. 7500 miles is easily obtained without having consumption issues. For the person who isn’t in need of high hp and wants a truck for long term ownership I would recommend getting the 3.3 engine.

Ali Clarke was awesome, down to earth, and I felt no pressure from her that I HAD to buy and I ended buying a beautiful used Nissan from her. She is great and made my car purchasing experience memorable and exciting. I’m so happy with my new car and very appreciative of her help and patience with me. I recently completed a long-distance purchase of a truck from Lebanon Ford, and I can’t say enough good things about Chad Wallace (my salesman), the sales manager, and the finance manager. This was truly exceptional from start to finish. Chad Wallace was outstanding with communication throughout the entire process. Being hours away, I relied heavily on phone calls, texts, emails, and photos/videos, and Chad was responsive, clear, and patient every single time. He kept me updated without ever being pushy, and the truck arrived exactly as described—no surprises, no disappointments. The photos and details were spot-on. The purchase itself was quick, straightforward, and refreshingly free of gimmicks. No hidden fees, no games with the price or my trade-in. The trade value was fair, and the price on the new truck was competitive and honest. Everything moved fast but never felt rushed. When I arrived for the test drive and final steps, the sales manager took a few minutes to come out, say hi, and chat casually, no pressure, no hard sell, just genuinely friendly conversation. On my drive home, I realized I needed a second key (the truck only came with one) to reset the door code and for peace of mind. I reached out to Chad, figuring I’d be on my own since the paperwork was signed. To my shock, they offered to reimburse me for getting a replacement at a local dealer. I was floored, they didn’t have to do that, but they stood by their word 100%. I ordered the key, submitted the receipt, and they promptly sent me a check. That’s integrity you rarely see anymore! This was, without question, the best buying experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. No high-pressure tactics, no nonsense, just honest, professional people who genuinely care about doing things right. A huge thank you to Chad Wallace and the entire team at Lebanon Ford! Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Even in a bad situation with my car they tried everything they possibly could to help me and get me into a reliable vehicle and for that I greatly appreciated them

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

I am very hesitant to trust anyone in the car selling business. Not a great reputation overall. But I had a great experience with this dealership. Ed Popp was great.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

The dealership has followed up with me and keep me in the loop regards a car I was interested in. That interest continues but I am looking at all option regarding make and model. I like the fact that they understand my delay and have been profesional and patient.

Working with Kerry Ford was great. Everyone greeted me with a smile and were eager to help. It being my first time , I worked with Billy. He was very helpful, located the car I was interested, and pulled it up promptly. They let me take it on an extended drive so i could let the family get a good look at the car. The car was clean, had a full tank and ran exceptionally. After agreeing on a price, i proceeded to process the purchase. Billy offered to drive my new car and follow me home. The purchase went great and i didn?t need a second driver because Billy was so helpful.

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The process was really easy and online friendly. The salesperson Jorge was friendly and helpful and always available for questions/concerns. Any hesitation I had was met with respect and understanding not pressure.

I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. We have had many recalls, but no issues otherwise with our vehicle. I am proud to on this vehicle and I love driving it.
