Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep review
I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Jeremy Ratley at Myrtle Beach Jeep. From the minute I spoke with Jeremy he listened to what I was needing and looking for. He immediately said he knew the vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. This was a tad older, but low mileage As-Is vehicle, but we did agree to place on the We Owe a few items that we both thought were a minor/quick/easy fix that they would take care of after purchase. They immediately set an appointment with me, put me in something to drive and attempted the repairs. A day later they called and I returned to get my vehicle. However, only half the issue was fixed. They asked me to bring it back the next day and I did and again they attempted to fix but no good. So promptly they made another appointment and tried again – this time a very expensive fix. Unfortunately, this too failed to correct the issue. By now I knew they had spent way more time and money attempting to fix the issue than they had planned or that a reasonable business plan would allow. After a productive meeting they agreed to take the vehicle to the manufactures dealer to have them diagnose the issue and I agreed that if they would pay for the diagnosis, I would take care of the fix. We made another appointment and they again put me in a vehicle to drive while they took care of taking the truck to the dealer. This last appointment took much longer than I expected, but when they called and said they had it back, they had already paid for and fixed the truck. This was another not so cheap fix and was above and beyond my expectations. I know dealers get a lot of flack sometimes for not taking care of issues or customers. But my experience with sales, service and upper management was superior and the entire dealership went above and beyond to make the sale right! I want to thank the entire dealership, but especially Jeremy in sales – AWESOME! Lee the Sales Mgr, Tyler in F&I, Jim and Matt in Service, the mechanic Craig and the GM Ryan. If you’re looking for a vehicle and don’t at least stop here and tell Jeremy what your looking for, then you’ve done yourself a big disfavor. My next vehicle purchase will definitely start at Myrtle Beach Jeep and yours should too!
2023 Dodge Challenger review
This Challenger Hellcat is a little uncomfortable meaning its tight for legroom but 717 horsepower makes it fun with a 6.2 supercharged hemi engine. It looks so beatiful 10/10 would recommended.

2020 Dodge Challenger review
I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. 2011 Dodge Challenger review
I've had a couple of issues with recalled items, such as the door handle having g difficulty though it was replaced. Currently my battery is dead and im not sure why, the recalled part for the alternator was taken care of in 2015 so it could need to be replaced as well

Great dealership. I found a used, low-mileage 2020 F 150XL on cars.com after Mullinax Ford in Orlando sold one that I had an appointment to test drive while I was on the way to the dealership! I texted Gary Yeomans Ford and Hunter Graf almost immediately called me back and said their F 150 was still for sale and that we could come up to the dealership the next day to test drive it. My wife and I went to the dealership, were greeted by Hunter and test drive the 2020 F 150. The truck was in beautiful shape and we purchased it. Oscar Martinez in finance was very professional, helpful, and we closed the transaction quickly. On the way home with our new truck the "check engine light" came on. I called Hunter and we drove it back to the dealership and they investigated the engine code and determined it would take quite a while to fix. Hunter gave a brand new 2026 loaner Ford Expedition Activ. The Expedition was state of the art and a joy to drive. A few days went by and I called Hunter about my F 150s repair. They discovered that the catalytic converter was faulty and replaced it free of charge under their Used Card Does Certified Blue Warranty. Chris, who is a service advisor, was awesome to deal with. He found that Ford had installed the wrong catalytic converter on the truck when it was built in Kansas City! The truck was fixed and they gave me a detailed invoice which outlined what they did. Everyone we dealt with at Gary Yeomans Ford was courteous and professional and great to deal with. They have great customer service skills and I would be glad to any buy from them again.
2019 Dodge Challenger review
All the power and all the fun with all the features. It feels like muscle is back in America. This car now has a proven history and so many uptions you can get what you want out of it! From 30k to 100k Super Stock loaded. I find mine!

I had a wonderful experience at autonation. I looked at some Chevy Trax online, I asked for more info. Larry called me within 5 minutes and answered all my questions and we set an appointment for Saturday. When I got there he had the Trax pulled around and waiting for me. I decided to go with a different trax with the active trim. Larry showed me some of the cool features and let me test drive it. I fell in love with my black on black Trax . From start to finish Larry helped me every step of the way. He asked what I needed my payment to be and he championed for me with the lenders. We got it to where I wanted it and we went about making it mine! After all the finance documents and warranty stuff with pedro(who is awesome too!) Larry took me out and showed me where everything was inside and all the features! He even helped me setup my onstar as well as the app that goes with my car. He is super knowledgeable and very kind. Larry treated us like family. I felt so at ease with the entire process. All in all I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Autonation is the way to go when looking for a new Chevy! Be sure to ask for Larry!!
2019 Dodge Challenger review
Leased my gt awd new drive is comfortable power is good. Love exterior and interior. Handling is ok but what you can expect from a car this large and heavy. Doesn’t compare to the GTI I came out of when it comes to handling. I leased and plan to buy after lease. On problems with it that weren’t covered buy warranty. I have over 50000 on it. I would recommend the car as a cruiser. Plenty of room inside and in the trunk. One draw back is there is no spare tire and Dodge doesn’t make one that fits the larger tires that came on mine with the black package. If your looking for a 2 door with all wheel drive and don’t want to spend the money on a BMW or Audi A5 coupe it is your only choice.

2015 Dodge Challenger review
We drove 633 miles each way to pick up the Challenger Scat Pack of our dreams with a six-speed. Can not get over the immense power of 392 Hemi. Torque for days!!! The over all retro styling is absolutely gorgeous. Could not be more happy with our purchase. Best car and value we have ever owned. Highly recommend.

This was a tad older, but low mileage As-Is vehicle, but we did agree to place on the We Owe a few items that we both thought were a minor/quick/easy fix that they would take care of after purchase. They immediately set an appointment with me, put me in something to drive and attempted the repairs. A day later they called and I returned to get my vehicle. However, only half the issue was fixed. They asked me to bring it back the next day and I did and again they attempted to fix but no good. So promptly they made another appointment and tried again – this time a very expensive fix. Unfortunately, this too failed to correct the issue. By now I knew they had spent way more time and money attempting to fix the issue than they had planned or that a reasonable business plan would allow. After a productive meeting they agreed to take the vehicle to the manufactures dealer to have them diagnose the issue and I agreed that if they would pay for the diagnosis, I would take care of the fix. We made another appointment and they again put me in a vehicle to drive while they took care of taking the truck to the dealer. This last appointment took much longer than I expected, but when they called and said they had it back, they had already paid for and fixed the truck. This was another not so cheap fix and was above and beyond my expectations. I know dealers get a lot of flack sometimes for not taking care of issues or customers. But my experience with sales, service and upper management was superior and the entire dealership went above and beyond to make the sale right! I want to thank the entire dealership, but especially Jeremy in sales – AWESOME! Lee the Sales Mgr, Tyler in F&I, Jim and Matt in Service, the mechanic Craig and the GM Ryan. If you’re looking for a vehicle and don’t at least stop here and tell Jeremy what your looking for, then you’ve done yourself a big disfavor. My next vehicle purchase will definitely start at Myrtle Beach Jeep and yours should too!
2023 Dodge Challenger review
This Challenger Hellcat is a little uncomfortable meaning its tight for legroom but 717 horsepower makes it fun with a 6.2 supercharged hemi engine. It looks so beatiful 10/10 would recommended.

2019 Dodge Challenger review
I absolutely love this entry level V8 Challenger RT. Reminds me of the muscle cars of yesteryear. I love it. It’s naturally aspirated. Sounds like a monster. Enema say relatively inexpensive if you buy a used one. Almost always have low mileage. Put a smile on my face every time I start the darn thing up. Thinking about stepping into a challenger scat pack widebody next. I’d like to try and find a way to keep both vehicles because I would just love to drive them every day without putting too many miles on a single one.

2021 Dodge Challenger review
Solid car overall. The 392 delivers strong performance and the Harman Kardon sound system is excellent. Only issue I ran into was the water pump, which is a known/common problem on these engines. Aside from that, no major complaints. A muffler delete really wakes the car up — highly recommended if you want better sound.

After inquiring about a vehicle I saw online Shawn sent me a video of the vehicle and that was enough for my wife and I to take the Hour and a half drive to the dealership. We met Shawn who was ready and had the vehicle ready for us to see and drive. All went well and we decided to purchase the vehicle. I asked for new brakes to be put in the Acadia and that was completed after a couple of days so my wife and I made the trip back to pick up the vehicle. We encountered a license plate issue when we went to pick up the vehicle. There was a communication issue I think happened because we closed the deal and signed everything the first time we were there. We thought we were going to get a paper plate when we came back but in reality I needed my old plate which I did not bring. This create issues because without my plate I would have to go home and come back a third time to bring back the old plate. We understand communication issues happen - to us what is important is what happens to resolve it when it comes up. As far as the plate goes since the paperwork was done early, it created a liability issue that could have made us go home without the vehicle we paid for and take the 2 hour trip back. Not to go into the details but Shawn, the General Manager and Adam came up with a solution after spending a lot of time and effort looking for a way to resolve the issue. That kind of time and effort is what makes the difference between an average versus excellent place of business. Shawn was really good handling this resolution.
2017 Dodge Challenger review
This car met all my needs, gets better MPG than I would've thought and should be a FUN car for years to come! Would recommend this car to Future car enthusiast.

2015 SXT plus V6 full leather interior absolutely love this car. Don’t let the V-6 fool you. This thing really runs out. My last car was a 2014 challenger hemi RT and this would’ve kept right up with it. Great car for the money. Cold air kit, and this eight speed transmission really made all the difference. Best 0 to 60 time 5.6 seconds.

2019 Dodge Challenger review
I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.
