Great experience, Al was Great! I have financed twice before with other dealerships and its the typical spending hours to discuss, finalize & drive away with a car.. Branhaven was the opposite! Super helpful in discussing what my best options were, the whole process was smooth and quick! Picked up my car and signed all my paperwork in just about an hour, they were very understanding that i had a not so helpful schedule. Love my new Jeep Compass!

A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. Kind of makes you want to go and just hang out with them all day. Needless to say, I left with a new jeep. Thank you everyone!!
Tim in the service department was absolutely incredible with helping get my Dodge Ram fixed There were some issues with the warranty which he worked through. He made sure I was informed every step of the way and that my truck was a priority. I am so grateful for his help and for the work the mechanics did. You guys are amazing. THANKS TIM
When I went looking for a Subaru Crosstrek in a hurry because my ailing husband could no longer get into his Audi, I filled out a Consumer Reports form to start my search. Out of the six responses I got within 15 hours, April Zanotti???s stood out because it was friendly, straightforward, and offered a choice of cars at a good price. Everything went smoothly: the right car, in the right color, at the right price, and on the right day. April was always smiling, cheerful and to the point. The trade in went smoothly. I have had many vehicles in my lifetime with that being said, I can honestly tell you I have seen them all the scammers the xxxxxxxx the bait and switch adding fee's to your loan after you signed a contract. Well this place Certified Headquarters I have to say is the best I have ever been to. I called them asked them about a vehicle no games or tactics were played. I drove about 1 hour out of my way by passing all these other morons that I know will rip me off. I have to say I am glad I did we were met wit professionals from the sales floor all the way to the finance department. I dealt with Steve, and Jay. Very down to earth people the entire staff made us a family of 5 welcome and felt at home. We were in/out in under 1 hour and drove home that day with a great vehicle. It's been about 6 months now and they still call my home to ask how everything is going. They also remind me if I have any problems just call they will work with me. purchased 0n 5/26/2018 and love how we were treated every dealer and car sales company should work this way. No pressure just honest good people thank you all at Certified we are updating a review to show how thankful we are happy holidays. Best cars best deals next time when I am in the market I know where to go.
This was our second time purchasing a vehicle at Roberts. Both times we worked with Josh (Internet sales). He was amazing! Very low pressure and we had the deal done before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. The financing went super fast and we were in and out in less then a half hour! That is how all car buying should be!

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?
