Waldorf Honda made the difference and earned our business

We shopped around-out to about a 200 mile radius as we usually do-for a replacement for our 2011 Honda CR V (because of the airbag recall & its protracted delays). After going through considerable research and contacts/quotes from a large number of dealerships, we ended up with meeting Frank Carnucci and the rest of the Team at Waldorf Honda. Frank actively listened to us describe our needs, our budget and our expectations for a successful purchase and engaged constructively in working both patiently and very hard at showing us a number of alternatives and choices. Part of that process also had us engage with several other folks (Hi Don, Mike, & Abe :-0) ) in patiently refining the meet-in-the-middle agreement that lead to our purchase of a new 2016 Honda CR V. Frank's knowledge of the different vehicles, their options, and in depth demonstration of some of the more advanced features was very helpful in making our decisions and final selection as we worked through what worked for us and what didn't. And what I had thought was the one detractor (their not offering loaners at service time) but after learning that dealers mark up prices to compensate, and since affordability was important to us- that became a non-detractor! And for the record, let me be very clear that both Frank and the other Team members were both always professional and NEVER "pushy"/aggressive (unlike a number of the other dealerships we had engaged with). Nice to finally have a local dealership that actually treats customers reasonably well and as they'd like their family to be treated if the roles were reversed! Thanks again, Frank, Don, & Mike!
