Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. At check-in, we talked about what was in the next service interval. Decided for oil change, transmission fluid replacement and tire rotation in addition to brake check. They called within an hour - front brake problem requires new rotors, rear brakes are fine, tire tread is good, a heat shield has come loose on the exhaust system. Approved complete estimate, all parts on hand, to be completed by early afternoon. They called about 2:00 o?clock - work finished at estimate. Everything running smoothly.
