I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. From the first time we stepped into the dealership back in October 2013 we felt welcomed by everyone we made contact with. In particular we'd like to point out the receptionist made an immediate positive impression. Very friendly, personal and appeared genuinely interested in our needs. We met Paula Louis on our first visit in the dealership and became very comfortable with her assisting us in our search for a new vehicle. She seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in looking at but did not pressure us in any way to make up our minds before we were ready. Unfortunately or fortunately we decided we were most interested in the new 2014 Highlander, which Toyota was still in the process of making improvements on. So Paula let us know the dealership would not have the new models in to look at until the beginning of the year. In the end we were glad we waited. When the new vehicles arrived in late January, Paula was prompt to call and spent all the time we needed to help us make the right decision on which upgrades would best meet our needs. She expertly pointed out differences in capabilities and offered helpful suggestions. When it came down to dickering over the purchase price, there really wasn't any. We came in with what we understood should be a reasonable final offer based on calculations and loan interest rates provided by USAA. Paula personally had not dealt with this process before, but willingly presented the numbers to the principles who would make the final decision. We were pleasantly pleased to see they came back willing to match or beat our offer. Deal done. From there Paula expertly took us through every detail of ordering the vehicle and completing the basic paperwork. Again we had to wait about thee weeks for delivery, but it seemed worth the wait. During closing, Matt Mohan walked us through the purchasing and financing process in minimum time and then Paula spent all the time we required to get to know the uniqueness's of our Highlander and even help us set up some of the electronics like cell phone blue tooth connections and personal seating adjustments. Overall, we would rate our experience with Newbold as exceptional. Thanks for making this a pleasant event for us.

2023 Ford Bronco review
I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

Today we went in to Sunset to look for a new truck for me. Unfortunately it was not in the cards dealt to us. So my wife and I decided to look for a new car for her. George was our salesman and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgable about the cars and was very friendly to my little boys He was also very patient with us as we tried to figure out a budget and what we can afford. Finally we were set on a 2016 Escape. I test drove it and even for a big guy like myself, it was a fantastic vehicle. We went back in and crunched the numbers and came up with a deal. The finance manager Mike was again fantastic and worked his magic to get a payment within our budget. He has earned the Nickname Magic Mike from me. I am 125% satisfied with the staff at Sunset Ford. This was my second car from there and I am looking forward to buying my third. Hopefully it will be my new truck.
2023 Ford Bronco review
I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

2022 Ford Bronco review
Love the 2022 bronco 2 door hard top . The one I have is not my order but I wouldn't give it up for my order . Mpg is around 18 mpg . It rides better then a jeep and has more room then a jeep .

2024 Ford Bronco review
4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest

2022 Ford Bronco review
I just got the 2022 Bronco sport Big Bend it took 6 weeks to get Iv had it 2 days I am very happy with what when I first took a test drive I wasn't sure I liked it and when I had to settle for what the dealership ordered . I was feeling like it was a settle for. Color choices and equipment were there's not mine . But I'm really starting to like the little pony Bronco Handel's the road with hugs and is peppy and fun to drive. The technology is alot to learn and try the dealerships technician was very helpful and helped me understand how everything works and what is will do to help you stay in your lane. I empressed with what need to grow on me at first.

2024 Ford Bronco review
Superior ride and ability over the Bronco Sport. It had no problem going through 4 feet of snow. Excellent handling. $ wheel drive plus the extra modes of traction makes it the best 4 wheel drive vehicle that I have ever owned. I do have the soft top but had no problems in weather that was around 0 degrees. I was suprised how warm it was inside. For a soft top, it kept the heat in and the cold out.

2023 Ford Bronco review
I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

I was met at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked if he could help and guided me to the service department. The guy in service was equally helpful, explained the process, and offered things to assist with my wait. All this was greatly appreciated as this was my first trip with my Audi for service. I could have taken advantage of the drop-off/pick-up service, but I chose instead to just walk to the mall. While there, I was given text message updates, received a video showing the inspection, and was called to inform me of service completion. Upon returning, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, was guided to the cashier, and was thanked by everyone I encountered, including the guy doing the video, for my business. Very pleasant experience!
