Ray the service advisor did a wonderful job helping me. Now, management needs to figure out a better incentive system that does not hurt its employees when a less than exceptional rating of the dealership is given. The dealership should be open to hearing constructive criticism without it counting against the performance of the service advisor when it has nothing to do with him. I have shared this feedback before, but the dealership is too interested in patting itself on the back than pursuing real improvement. That's not how sound management or leadership works, friends.

Round Rock Honda review
I recently had an outstanding experience at Round Rock Honda. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming. Salesperson Trish Scheffer took the time to understand our family needs and offered valuable insights without being pushy. They were knowledgeable about the vehicles and provided clear, honest answers to all my questions. The entire process, from test-driving to financing, was smooth and efficient. Trish went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Round Rock Honda for anyone looking for top-notch customer service and a stress-free car buying experience.
2024 Ford Edge review
2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

Capitol Chevrolet review
Great Service! I drove in with a warm welcome and didn't feel hunted like other lots I visited. Ronald (my dealer) Explained everything about the car I was looking at and was very patient with me and my questions. I was very comfortable and happy with my purchase at Capitol Chevrolet. I definitely want add-ons now.
2024 Ford Edge review
Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

This dealership is outstanding,, my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Austin was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had buying a car from top to bottom this dealership is top shelf. I live in San Antonio and drove all the way to Austin to experience Mercedes-Benz of Austin I'm glad I did. I would recommend this dealership because their pricing is unprecedented their service and care down to the last detail is impeccable. Kudos Mercedes-Benz of Austin, I plan to buy another car from here soon.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

2022 Ford Edge review
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

Covert Hutto review
We recently purchased a used King Ranch Ford truck from Covert Ford Hutto and had a terrific experience. Travis Etie, our sales person, was professional, courteous, and diligent in making sure the car buying experience was enjoyable. Although we had a slightly higher offer on our trade in from a national online dealership, we felt shopping local was a better option. The local companies like Covert employ many people in the area and its important to keep our local economy vibrant. The Covert price point on our King Ranch Truck was unmatched. We are thrilled to have gotten such a great deal! Covert Ford-Hutto has definitely earned our business from now on. Shop confident, shop local, shop with the best in the Austin area, shop Covert Ford-Hutto!

2018 Ford Edge review
I have the Sport Edge model with 2.7 twin turbo. I love it! Do your research. With any turbo you must use premium gas, full synthetic oil and let your car cool down after short rides for at least a minute or 3 - 5 minutes if you drive more that 3 hours. The turbo engine runs hot and cooling down lets the oil drain for the turbo. If you don't the engine could overheat. Look it up for yourself.

The 2.7L Ecoboost engine in the Sport model is phenomenal. Powerful, smooth and reliable. I love the adaptive cruise control, air-conditioned front seats, panoramic sunroof, and power lift gate but its the engine that makes this stand out from the competition. I own 2 of these Sport models now.

I purchased this vehicle used, with rust issues. And made the dealership paint the under belly. I did have to get a brand new motor due to some issue but it was under warrantee so no cost to me. Other than that I haven't had any major issues with the vehicle and I have owned it for 5 years now and love it! I'm not sure why they stopped making this vehicle it's so much better than the escape

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

2022 Ford Edge review
I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

2017 Ford Edge review
We purchased our 2017 Edge used from our favorite Ford salesman and dealership. This was after having leased several new Ford Edges over the years. We elected to purchase a used Edge due to our outstanding experiences with them. We’re retired and drive very little these days so we couldn’t see a need for another brand new leased car that sits 95% of the time. We’ve had our 2017 V-6 for just over two years and it’s just over 87,000 miles. The car looks great, runs great and we plan on keeping it for the foreseeable future.

2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Service department is very knowledgeable and checked my car and did an oil change and tire rotation. And they washed my car , which is a plus.
2016 Ford Edge review
Although I purchased my Edge used in 2019, it has given me one issue, but Good news! When I took my car to Ford’s dealership to repair, I learnt it was covered completely due to a recalled. The only thing they didn’t do was a “complimentary car wash, that I’m used to having. Nevertheless, the service was taken care of in a timely manner. In spite of one worst winter storm in the South.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

A huge shout out to Steve Black! I called and made an appointment to see a car that had just arrived at the dealership, it was not cleaned up or ready for show; however, Steve got the car ready for me to test drive and made the experience easy, comfortable, painless and overall pleasant. Buying a car is not at the top of my "fun" things to do. Steve and Tom, in finance, made it a quick transaction and I will tell everyone to visit Stoepel Ford for their next car purchase. Thank you guys!

Bracken MotorsReviews
Bracken Motors review
I highly recommend Bracken Motors in San Antonio to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle from someone who is both trustworthy and committed to finding customers the right vehicle for them. My low-mileage 2011 Ford Ranger was totaled by a woman driving while on a phone. While trying unsuccessfully to find another good truck to buy, I saw there was a potential one that seemed clean and reasonably priced in San Antonio at Bracken Motors, so I drove a rental there from Austin. The truck turned out to be huge and I didn’t like the crew cab because - especially after my little Ranger - rear visibility wasn’t so easy. However, Mr. Bracken said he would get me something good, and he did not disappoint! He found an F-150 with a regular cab in excellent condition, sold it to me at a price much lower than he could have, and it had even fewer miles than my Ranger had had, plus he had it delivered to me! Throughout the whole process, Mr. Bracken and his assistant were more helpful and much friendlier than any other dealers I had encountered. They took the trouble to locate a great option for me, saved me a lot of time and money, and made the whole experience very pleasant.
2008 Ford Edge review
I bought my 08 ford edge sel used. I did tune up first week of ownership and regular maintenence as scheduled. Always reliable and comfortable. Only complaint is back interior. The light in the trunk was always covered as I always had stuff in trunk and back window did not open separate from trunk door like other suvs. Unfortunately after 7 years and 100000 miles plus from me I became unconscious while driving and destroyed her. She saved me though. Impressive safety in crash. Definitely would buy again

My battery died on 410 and Evers shopping center parking lot. AAA came and jumped and gave me a printout and said it was the battery. I had already called Josh Hammond and Jose Rico and said I would be coming. When I arrived they took my car and I had a new battery in less then 45 minutes. The whole experience only took less then 3 hrs and than included an hour wait for AAA. My sister and I were on our way quickly.

Vehicle is good but ride could be better for a 5400 lb. suv. They class it as a station wagon not an suv for insurance reasons. Like it . Sorry they don't make them anymore, kind of concerning.

Killeen Certified review
Killeen Hyundai is really easy to work with. They negotiated with me until we go the price right, and the dealership is s very nice environment. Overall it has been a great experience overall, so far. They were able to process the purchase in a reasonably good amount of time. So, they didn't leave me waiting. Everyone was super nice and helpful. And, I love the Tucson so far. I will be using Killeen Hyundai for service due to having such an easy, friendly experience. I see that they have a mediocre ratting on here, and I was pleased enough with the buying process that I want to give a different opinion.
2020 Ford Edge review
We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

2024 Ford Edge review
I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

We have bought multiple vehicles from Johnson Bros. Everyone there is beyond nice. We have bought since we moved to Bell County from Houston. Never had any problem with our Fords pickups, Expeditions, even Taurus or Lincoln Nautilus. We won't buy anywhere else !
2020 Ford Edge review
I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.
