The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.

Me and the Mrs. looked at a used Lincoln MKS there and were helped by Pat Koss he was very friendly and informative and gave us a good deal on it...the car was immaculate when we saw it and it sparkled when we picked it up...we would recommend this place....He even called a couple of days after and asked if we were happy...
I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Came in this morn.which what I thought was a huge trans.problem on my 2012 Ford Focus Jim in service quickly advised me on a trans module extended waranty by Ford . Fixed the problem in 4 hrs. Drove me home picked me up ,fixed 4 door latches on re-call and washed the car. Very satisfied!!
Bought a used SUV from here. My sales person was Matt G. and he was a pleasure to work with.. when I called on a different vehicle on a Monday, it had sold the previous Saturday. Matt checked the lot and found a similar vehicle that had just come in on trade that had the features I wanted. The car needed to be inspected, serviced and detailed, so I had to wait until the end of the week to pick it up. I asked if it could be ready sooner, but Bill Brown Ford is meticulous in their vehicle service and detailing, so I had to wait, BUT, Matt generously offered me a (free) loaner to use! I did not expect that! I was really blown away by Matt's care and concern about my lack of transportation and having to share a vehicle with my spouse and juggle work, appointmentss and life around one family car. My dad had bought and leased cars through Bill Brown Ford for over 20 years and always raved about their customer service. Now, I too, can vouch for this dealership. THANK YOU MATT GRIEBAULT!!!!!!!!!

I was concerned that they wouldn't finish my oil change in the time frame they quoted, but I didn't realize they have 3 bays to work on the cars! Just about then my name was called, I paid, and was on my way!
I found this vehicle I purchased at cars.com. We did almost everything over the phone. We had a little problem with the financing since this was an out of state purchase but the finance manager did a great job in contacting the necessary individuals to insure the proper entities were on board. The salesman had everything ready which was great since this was a 4 hour drive. One of the best car buying experiences. I was impressed they were aware of KY titling and registration requirements.
Marty Gorno is the best dealer around! My family and myself are repeat customers because of Marty and Gorno Ford. Every one that works there is super friendly and very helpful! They strive to find the perfect vehicle every time!!!! I will only do business with Gorno Ford!
