My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. 2013 Ford Escape review
This is my second Ford Escape. My first was a 2003. I loved both. I purchased my 2013 in mid-2012 and special ordered it for the color (Red). I have the 2.0 liter engine, which is important. The smaller engine has been prone to fires and other problems but not the 2.0. I have had minor recalls for things like a seatbelt and something else. I love the color, I am happy with how it performs. I was a little concerned about performance when I bought it because it is a 4.0 cylinder and I had been driving 6 cylinder engines prior to this purchase. Not an issue. My only one complaint is that it said it got better gas mileage than it does. However, I have gone from driving a lot of freeway miles when it did perform better to now driving locally and maybe using a tank of gas a month.

So, we have a disabled daughter and needed a minivan for wheel chair lift and traveling purposes. We were planning on buying later in the year, but we thought we would look around and see what was out there. Our first mistake: We went to Kolosso, and had a very bad experience. They tried to pressure us with false deadlines, wouldn't budge on the price and lied to us multiple times. I had enough. I called Bergstrom in Oshkosh and talked to the manager, Mike M. And it was about the best thing I ever could have done. I felt no pressure, and he actually took the time to explain what everything was and ment. He gave me a deal I could not pass up and we ended up getting a BETTER Chrysler Pacifica then the other dealership for LESS money. He even found extra rebates that Kolosso did not offer. I am very satisfied and I will be shopping with Bergstrom in the future. I recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you. William and Loralyn Buelow

2013 Ford Escape review
We already had a 2016 S model that was trouble free for 4 years and currently 48k miles. I replaced my spare car with the 2013 SEL AWD loaded like a Titanium. After 2 years it has been fantastic. Only trouble was 2 bad rear wheel speed sensors. Cost me $54 in parts to replace myself. Many 250 mile interstate round trip drives and never an issue. It had 62k miles when I bought it with full documentation of all minor repairs and maintenance. Regardless of reviews I got a good one. Check the history, check out before you buy, and you can find a good one like I did. They are not all bad.

I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

Very reliable, 2.0 ecoboost will fly. It’s too fast at times and tires slip. FWD not AWD. Holds up well. Good little SUV. Comfortable seats.

The Ford Escape Titanium is not a Cadillac, or race car, but it's not priced like either as well. This car will serve the purposes we need, and wanted. AWD, plenty of goodies, high enough for comfort, but not to high.
