Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. We found a car for our daughter on-line and drove in to look. The price was fair, the condition of the used car was better than I expected. Nathan and Auston were great to work with. And, the only thing noteworthy, and not unique to this dealership, but at all dealerships, is the amount of time it takes to go through the process to drive way...hours...and this was essentially a cash deal (we bought an extended warranty which was financed along with ttl). Likely we will be an AutoNation customer because it was a no pressure experience.

He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.
